This is a lil embarrassing. Anyone has any advice for me, kindly share please.

I warmed up as directed. Once I reached the wel jelqs, I managed to perform 10 reps but kept hitting the PONR, however kept it in. Waited a few minutes and continued, but each time, 1 rep pushes me to the PONR without fail. I finally let go at the 14th rep and gave up for the night. I tried kegel-ing, but it also pushes me to the PONR.

Just a note: I was a heavy porn user and serial masturbator during my teens. Still see it once in a while, but I'm stopping it since starting PEGym. Does this have an effect?

Any help is appreciated.

Hi guys,

New to all this but tired of feeling inadequate so its time to do somthing bout it!!

Ive been doing this routine in a 2 days on 1 day off format except for weekends when time/privacy is an issue. So my approach is:

Mon/Tues - routine
Wed - Off - Kegels, edging, fowfers
Thurs/Fri - routine
Sat/Sun - off - Kegels, edging, fowfers.

Be keen to get some advice on what others think?

So far the routine has been great - though it takes me a full hour with warm ups/shower after etc.

Ive only bothered measuring EBPL as to me flacid measurement seems inconsistent to get a decent read. I am at 5"75 EBPL and would love 7"....one day.

Welcome, Bangher! Don't we all wish we were born with 7" dicks.

Fortunately it's a realistic goal to achieve! I suggest you track your progress by creating a PE journal in the progress forum. I am doing JPs routine as well, and it helps immensely to track your progress online. That way you can have a record of your successes, and experiences doing PE, so you can eventually personalize your workouts for maximum gains.

I started the beginner routine about 3 weeks ago, but unfortunately never measured at the start, I think girth gains have been somewhat noticeable like they said. I'm looking forward to some length gains.

Stretch to the right and do 25 quick Kegels. Pull straight out and do 10 BIG circles to the left and ten circles to the right.

i have just started the beginner routine..i am lil confused with this circle stretching...does that mean while holding in stretched condition i have to move my penis so that tip making a circle...or i have to stretch 10 times to left and 10 to right @ various positions completing a full circle or clock..
Please put some light on this..

Hold the stretch and make a BIG circle, close to your body. Easy :)

I call these cauldron stretches. Been doing them lately after my directional stretches.

ok so i just did this for the first time...a couple questions:

1. when i do the stretches after warm up, you grip an inch below the glans right? well i do that, and no matter how hard i grip, when i pull, my hand just slides with my shaft skin and my grip ends up at the glands/base of my head anyway.

2. also, i am confused with jelqs. so i pull out the first one, hold at the glans, and start my other hand. but even w/ lube, my skin kinda drags with my ok grip? and so like the skin from the base of my penis and pubic bone area is like pulled out you know? so i cant really get a grip at the base of my shaft unless i kind pull the skin back with that free hand, then start the stroke with that hand. is that what i should do? or is there a strategy i am missing?

since my LOT is downward, i should stretch upward mostly right? i feel the most tug that way. but this routine stretches every direction equally. or am i missing something?

thanks for anyone willing to help a hopeful newbie!!

I too have been going only a couple of weeks and while I measured my EBPL I havent bothered with girth/flacid (I reckon flacid measurements could be misleading given the different states your tackle can be in at different times....at least erect there is some consistency..) BUT I too have noticed girth gains OR at the very least my dick feels heavier,looks like it hasmore veins...if possible....so now Im just hoping to see some minor length gains and Im a complete convert!!

New to PE and im 17 years old, got a 6.25 penis and want to hit 8 in, guessing that would take like 2-4 years? Not sure what my girth is, and not sure of all these terms people use to describe their penis..

anyways, i live in a full house so i was wondering a good time/place to do this beginners routine cause the only place i jackoff is in my bathroom/shower so would it be okay to do it there? what supplies do i need?

Sorry but this website has a strict policy about the age of members and I'll have to ban you for 1 year. Your size is fine and I'd advise you to stay away from PE until then, you wouldn't want to hinder spontaneous growth by starting exercising too early...

i finished up my 2nd day just now and i feel the same as before i did it, am i not doing it right? i follow the directions, i guess maybe my penis is a TINY bit tired, but like idk i thought itd feel a lot more worked

ah yeah i figured i just was concerned cause i read other people saying their penis looks bigger or more swoll or vainier after but mine is the exact same etc etc but i guess they are just outliers


for the circular stretchs that you do 10 clockwise and 10 counterclockwise, to you keep the head pointed straight out or do u keep the entire penis straight as you go around the circle, which would take a lot of wrist and arm movement?

Circle stretches are done with the entire penis being stretched in a BIG circle. (jP

haha no outliers, meaning like not the norm

so when you do the big circle, your arm movement would be similar to that of turning a crank yes?

Hi JP,

Yesterday, I managed to perform the complete routine. However, today I notice my P.I.s aren't that great. Turtled a lil, and it takes some time for me to get an erection, with no morning wood. So I'm taking a break for today. My question is, did I apply too much force to begin with?

Also, my base girth seems to have become much thinner at certain flaccid conditions, as compared to the rest of the penis shaft. Other times it looks ok. Is this normal?

So i think my lot starts at 10:30. It is the point at which there is no tug back when stretched flaccid and kegel a few times? Correct me if im wrong.
