Sorry to bother you with again another question, however I got all the supplements you mention on the start of this thread and all the aminos you list on the thread about restimulating hgh production, but whilst talking to a naturopath yesterday, she told me that L-lysine and L-arginine somewhat fight each other, so i looked further into this, and i stumbled across this page, its pretty much down the bottom of the page, but the whole [age was a pretty good read.

Whats your opinion on this?

Thanks again for your time.

You can't really set standard gains for 90 days. It all varies from dick to dick ;)

Amazing, JP, 157 pages of comments! My question is this: Jelq instructions say that you should hold your skin back, so as to focus the jelq on strethcing internals, not skin. With the 2-handed jelq, I seem to be stretching a lot of skin; and it's difficult for me to hold back skin with 1 hand while also trying to jelq with both hands. I experimented with holding the base skin with 1 hand, and jelqing repeatedly with the other hand (and switching hands after 25 jelqs). It seemed quite effective. Is this revision something you would recommend, or not? Thanks.

I'm not sure if I understood V-jelq. (I checked for V-jelq video, but it didn't work anymore) Is the V-jelq done like this? (between forefinger and middlefinger? http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/9222/124999912.jpg
My drawing's bad. Hopefully you'll get it.
Your drawing was ok. Here's an helpful link: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/17768-how-v-jelq-illustrations.html. Here, it's not done between the forefinger and the middlefinger but I think that it doesn't matter. I personally do it the way you described it because I found that I had more strength with these fingers. What really matters is that you can see and feel how efficient your jelq is.

We're all different so it's almost impossible to answer... You'll have to make your own experience.

A lot of lube helps to deal with skin and have an efficient jelq without pulling too much on the skin. You could switch to an overhand grip instead of an underhand grip (if that's what you were doing) as it pulls far less on the skin. Last, if you feel more comfortable with a 1 hand jelq, then keep on doing it, especially if you can see it as more efficient.

Is it okay if I do the jelqs under hand instead of overhand? I really like to see as a move up the shaft and with overhand i cant see anything. Thanks.

And just to clarify the 150 jelqs are reps and you say both hands equal one rep so the 150 reps = 300 jelqs correct?

Both grips are fine. Some PEers use one, some the others and some alternate between the two!

That is correct (for wet jelqs!). For V-jelqs, 1 rep = 3 hands so 30 reps = 90 jelqs...

Thank you sir.

Also, do you alternate between wet and v jelqs so 50 wet, 30 v etc...

That's the way the routine is written: if you were to do all the v-jelqs in one set, your fingers would probably be too tired to keep a constant pressure on your penis from the beginning to the end of the session, and the end of your session would be of poor quality. So alternate the wet jelqs with the v-jelqs allow you to pace yourself (at least for your fingers).

Ok, I have some questions about this routine. So each week during this program do you keep the reps at 30 and 50 for the jelque's and 25 kegals with the stretches and 10 circles? Or do you add 5 reps to these exercises each week? Or does this routine stay exactly the same? I'm asking because I am afraid to overtrain my dick and want to maintain healthy pl's. I'm into my 3rd week and I'm starting to get deterred about a lot regarding all the theories and understanding everything. There is so much information on the forum that I get confused and don't know which direction to go with my routines or when to move on to the next routines. I guess I'm not sure how to gauge my gains and health and progress with the various types of info out there. I guess I just need some more advice. I just read the tunica and smooth muscle theory that was posted on here.. Wow! It blew my mind and confused the hell out of me. Has anyone else read this and felt the same?

Look forward to hearing from some experienced guys on here.

Thanks again.
B

expected time frame for results?

expected time frame for results?

i have been following your regimen for PE the past 5 days now and am planning to continue for the remaining 85, i was wondering what could be expected at the end of your routine in terms of results in girth and length inch increases? Also i have been using a male edge extender in addition to the routing and am just starting on that as well, this is my first day. I have already observed flaccid increase. Is adding an extender and using it at a different part of the day than my PE optimal? would it be better to do it right after? or should i not use it at all until it is done?

@ Mike992: I started in October 2010 w/ 6.25 x 5. I'm on day 118 w/ 6.5 x 5.25. I'm still doing JP's routine. The way I see it, be patient & consistent throughout the routine. Focus on quality & mastering the tecnique before you move on. If something is working, don't change it. I've learned all of this from other veterans in this forum & I'm passing it all down to you. Good luck on your journey!

Why is it a 90 days routine? Does it become less effective after that time and/or is it time to move on to more advanced routines?

This routine is an intense beginner routine, which means that for a lot of members it is easy to overtrain when you want to do more that what's described here. IMO, you shouldn't add an extender to it if you started recently. Maybe after 6 weeks to 2 months you can start wearing one but not during the whole recommended time and always aware of what your PIs are...

Why is it a 90 days routine? Does it become less effective after that time and/or is it time to move on to more advanced routines?
90 days is the time by which your penis should be conditioned enough to cope with advanced exercises if you want to try them. The routines are generally more efficient at the beginning due to a phenomenon called newbie gains: it means that your gains slow down after a couple of months, whatever your routine. But most people agree with the fact that as long as you are gaining, you probably shouldn't modify your routine... It's up to you once you finish your 90 days...

I want to get started on this routine but have I don't have the slightest idea on how to do these exercises. Is there a video I can follow ?
Welcome to the gym,
Our videos currently don't work as we have had technical problems not a long time ago with the website, but here's a link to instructional videos, thanks to Big Al: FREE Penis Enlargement Videos! jelq, jelqing, jelquing, kegels, DLD blasters, oriental massage, squeezes

Is turtling normal when warming down? When I went to warm shower my penis got a little longer.
When I had warmed down my skin turned red (I didn't feel unpleasant burn). Is it normal?
Should I warm my shaft as well of just ligs?
