You need to be 18 to join this site. So you're probably going to be banned...but when you're 18, join us! Until then, don't jelq or anything like that, though I would advise you to at least try edging/ballooning.

Need advice anyone! For the past 4 weeks I have been doing x3 20sec stretches in five directions, 200 jelqs. I was thinking about changing my routine to JP's 90 day routine. Does anyone think its advisable? Or will I just keep doing what I'm doing then change in a couple of months?

Help with LOT!!!!!!!!

I did my tests to find where my LOT (loss of tug) is. At 12:00 is where it tugs the hardest, 9:00 was a medium tug and 6:00 was the weekest tug. Does this mean I should do my jelqing at 12:00???

First week on JP's beginner routine

Hi guys,

Completely newb here, on my 4th day of JP's Beginner Routine, following directions and not overtraining, and everything is just fine and dandy. But I still have question, that I hope you might be able to answer:

1. How is my penis supposed to react during jelqing? I start out with a 3/4 erection, but halfway through the jelq session(of 50 reps) my erection is almost gone. Should I stop and masturbate until I am 3/4 erect again, or just finish the session??

2. Will there come a time when I need to add to JPs routine in order to keep gaining?

3. How long before I start gaining??:)

If your making gains and your PI's are postive then stick to what your doing, JP's routine IS a good routine if you decide to try it though.

In the theory you typically exercise against the tug, However I suggest you just ignore the LOT theory for now and stretch in all directions until your conditioned.

1) Some get a very high EL, some guys lose their EL, if you have to stop long enough to rebuild it then thats fine. (Shoot for 40-60%)

2) After awhile you can progress if needed, but take it slow especially during the 90 day period.

my penis is pretty lengthy in its flacid state after warm up...im mainly interested in workin my girth. can i skip the stretchin, and go str8 to some light jelqin after my warm up?

After being a member here since November 2009, you may be qualified to make that decision yourself. I would say yes you can skip the stretching but it only takes 5 minutes, if that, so why not try to follow the routine exactly? Of course it's your decision.

As an aside, I see this is your first post but please try to avoid 'text' speak such as 'str8'. Thank you.

thanks for the reply. ive used the routine for 3 mnths already and it worked fine, did notice some progress with it. but i took a long break from pe and am now starting again. i did do the stretches the other night but sort of felt a slight pain when i did the big circles,so i thought to myself, what if im not suppose to be stretching since im already hanging well when im flacid?

i have a question ive been doing this routine for 3 weeks as of yesterday and i enjoy the work outs and feel like im getting heaver but my stamina in bed as gone to total crap i dont last more then a few minutes as to before this routine i was going for a good 15-25 minutes of sex is it because of the workout or does anyone have any ideas?

Gotta say been doing this almost solidly for about a month. definitely noticed growth in flaccid length, as for erection; so far its been an improvement in erection quality, mayybe a little bit of growth in girth. As for length, still to come but i think its starting to grow!

-Im made the mistake of not tracking my progress with measurements. My new years resolution is to get a tape measure and keep up to date for the next 6 months!

I feel as if the V-Jelqs work it more, should I stick to the routine or encorporate more V-Jelqs?

Hey all. Im new to the site, have been lurking on it for about a month and finally decided to give it a go. Whats to loose right? Anyways im only 2 days into this routine, and the skin around the base of my penis is becoming tender. My penis its self is fine and no pain or anything, but the skin, and only the skin around the base is tender. Is this normal since im brand new to this? Is it anything i should be worried about? I think that maybe the problem is that when i Jelq, it pulls at the base and pulls the skin up with it? and as a result since im pulling at the skin for such an extended period of time thats its causing irritation? does this sound right? any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Bam. What type of lube are you using? If you use enough lubrication, you should be sliding smoothly without pulling the skin. (jP

JP. Im just using Lubriderm Lotion. I havent had the time yet to get some actual lube. Will the lotion suffice though? And im just going to try and use more of it and re apply more often, hopefully that will help. Also, i remember seeing a thread a few days ago about learning how your penis responds to all of these exercises and teaching you how to recognize these signs (or something to that extent). However i cant remember the name of the thread, can you help me out maybe? i totally understand if not, there a crap load of threads on here.

Hey jp/pros,

How slow would a proper rep be? For eg, would 15 seconds per rep sound reasonable for a vjelq (5 secs each direction) or is 3 seconds sufficient like the ordinary jelq?

Is it recommended for newbs to do balooning or edging after JPs routine? Or would this be considered overtraining? Is it better to do 5 days on 2 off, or something like a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off...

JP. I also, i did what i said with the lotion. Just reapplied about every 5 minutes and kept it real slippery. It was MUCH better, and there was no irritation this time.

Will it make a difference if I use this 90 day routine with an extender. I am thinking of doing 5 min warm up, 5 minute stretch,100 jelqs, 1 hour in extender, then 50 more jelqs. Is an hour a day in the extender enough to make a difference over a period of time?
