JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Will it make a difference if I use this 90 day routine with an extender. I am thinking of doing 5 min warm up, 5 minute stretch,100 jelqs, 1 hour in extender, then 50 more jelqs. Is an hour a day in the extender enough to make a difference over a period of time?

This routine is to condition your penis. If your dick's not already conditioned you might overtrain it and hinder your gains or even hurt yourself. I wouldn't go with the extender.

Is it recommended for newbs to do balooning or edging after JPs routine? Or would this be considered overtraining? Is it better to do 5 days on 2 off, or something like a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off...

From my understanding you're JUST supposed to do what's in the routine as it can even be too difficult for some beginners, and you want to avoid overtraining. Also, ballooning is an advanced form of edging, so I would definitely stay clear from that for now.

Thats true, but ive been doing PE on and off for a few months so my units already conditioned to some extent to the stretches.

I'm Curious......

I'm Curious......

While performing JP's Routine, could i do 150 jelqs (2 strokes= 1 rep) then do 90 v-jelqs (3 strokes= 1 rep) w/o mixing them up or is it best to stick to the original routine?

hey guys im lookign to start this program tomorrow and would like a little advice before then i did the Loss of tug thing when flacid and doin kegal it tugs back a little bit not much at all so what direction do i do my Exercises? i also have a Curved up penis i would like to keep that do these exercises make it straight?

It took me like 40 minutes to do half the jelqing in this routine ...

How much LOT (tug) would be considered high and low? I don't feel any tug at all when I stretch down, but when I stretch straight out and up the tug pulls my penis back I would say a full 1/4 of an inch each time, And with a very good grip at about 50% erect. What does that mean? Is that a good thing?

Does this mean that I should jelq straight out and up?

I started this 3 days ago this is my 4th day my erections isn't as hard I was going to edge but I can't even do that is this normal when doing this? Or am I doing something wrong?

Stupid question I guess but why should I know what's my TUG? I mean it's low but it seems I don't have to know that.

Is there anyone from Europe here who knows where we can buy a "moist" heating pad. Heating pads are readily available here but they are not "moist" and I assume moist is very important. A Rice sock is kind of cumbersome.
Does the washcloth work well, if you have the bowl of otwater near buy and continue to reheat the cloth every minute?

Guys for the time being i would disregard the LOT theory and just concentrate on exercising in all directions. You can read up on LOT and TGC theory to help build your knowledge of pe but when you're first starting out its as well to just stretch in each direction.

For a week or two you should try 1 day on one day off or 2 on 1 off to get your dong into the swing of it. Doing several days in a row is quite taxing at first and its common for guys EQ's to drop. You've just slightly overtrained mate ease it up and keep in tune with your PI's.

I started this 90 day routine this morning , very early stealthing, and I like it. Just following the steps by reading off the computer it was all pretty easy to understand, so cheers for that Jonpop. 1 question. Is there any other exercise that can replace the jelq part of it. I dont find that particularly comfortable, whereas the V stretch is great i love it.

The jelqing really is the main bulk of this routine, and I can say pretty confidently that it will grow on you. And if it doesn't... Well all you can do is get the technique down to perfection and stick to the routine for at least the 90 days.

hey you guys a question here how do you stop the turtling after the excersises...???
with wath dou you wrap in your penis to keep him a little bit longer and stretched is it actualy ok to wrap him in in something as you have just finished your workout and the penis is bulbging and if you wrap it in it wil stop the expansion that you have just gained with jelqing or?????? or do u think is it ok to wrap him in ofcourse except the glans wich actualy expand during jelqing....
again what do you use to wrap him in.....
and another one do you think warming down is better than actual cool down .... i am asking this folloving an artticcle that i read here abaout colagen in the penis... leme explain you warm it up to get the colagen stretchy and the cels moving so they will expand , but after the workout if you go and warm it again you are back in the jelly state...and the colagen cels will not stay stretched as if they would be if they were cooled down...they will not cement in so to say...please what is your opinion on this?????

and how long does the jelqing sequence of this routine lasts timewise i mean in minutes.... you know how long do you need to actualy get all the jelqs done.?????
would lets say 15 minutes be ok cause i never counted the jelqs just did 10 , 15 to 20 minutes of jelqing....
and one more thing for the more experinced guys......now correct me if i am wrong but if i understand right ALL or ALLMOST ALL the growing and expanding is hapening in the penis glans the corpora cavernosa the two on the side and the upper on are second then expanding .... at what i am aiming here is actualy this as long there is an excersise pushing blood in to the glans it is a way to expand right?? v jelqs dry jelqs upside down jelqs my moms jelqs :eek:) are basicly the same exercise...same principle applied (then we individualy chosse wich is the best for us) now the question here is can i just normal wet jelq and put aside the other jelqing methods if i see that i get a werry good bulbge on my penis glans......???????

Hi jonpop. I guess it is kind of like a sharp pain i get in my left wrist on the inside (closest to my thumb) which is a form of RSi I have.
Is it possible to do the jelq with my right hand palm down and my left hand palm up. Alternating in that way?

Also should i wrap it afterwards? I did wrap it today, but inexperience led it to not last very long possibly an hour and a half. I used a normal bandage first and then a sports wrap on top.

Sorry to bother you with again another question, however I got all the supplements you mention on the start of this thread and all the aminos you list on the thread about restimulating hgh production, but whilst talking to a naturopath yesterday, she told me that L-lysine and L-arginine somewhat fight each other, so i looked further into this, and i stumbled across this page, its pretty much down the bottom of the page, but the whole [age was a pretty good read.

Whats your opinion on this?
