Actually RIB, a V-jelq rep as prescribed by JonPop consists of 3 strokes, one up to the left, up centre and up-right.

So 90 V's is actually 270 strokes split into 3 sets of 90.

i dont follow this topic but do you mean when youre doing the jp90 you have to do 270 vjelqs?

In this routine 1 V jelq is actually 3 strokes.

Just like 1 ok jelq is 2 strokes, one with each hand.

It's normal, which is why this routine is probably too intense for quite a few people.

I'm pretty sure it's mentioned in this thread several times. Read.

It is a pretty intense workout, but if you can it works. I have already seen gains after a month and EQ and PI are awesome. It's about a healthier penis and listening to what he and your body is telling you. I do 2 on 1 off but I am definitely not afraid to take an extra day off if I feel I need it. Like so many have said, less is more.

270 V-Jelqs? Whoa. I did this routine today and it took me an hour and 10 minutes...don't really have the time to add more!

Yeah, when I did half the amount it took me anywhere from 45 minutes to 1hour+. Guess I just like my slow jelqs :D

Yeah it definitely takes an hour plus. Who doesn't like to "play" with themselves for an hour though? :)

Jesus, this thing of the Loss of Tug just saved my PE workouts. I've been PEing for around 4 months by now and I didn't experience any significant changes with my winner. Since I read about the loss of Tug (3 weeks ago), I've experienced a significant change with my winner, it looks bigger and fuller than usual and even flaccid hangs lower since I started to workout against my LOT which is at 12. I didn't feel LOT in any other direction, just at 12, so I've been workingout at 6. I didn't record the measures before I started this workout 3 weeks ago and I'm sad I didn't' cause I don't know what the improvements are, but I can guarantee that my winner looks bigger than before.

I recorded the actual measures yesterday and they are as follow:

FL = 5.7
FG = 4.9
BPEL = 7.25"
EG = 5.8"

I don't feel uncomfortable with my actual size, but I'm looking forward to reach at least 8" length x 6.2" girth (or even 6.5" girth), I guess it's a reachable and reasonable goal.

I'll take some pics and upload them to an album so you guys can judge as the time goes by and I keep improving.

One thing I would like to ask to the PE gurus of this forum. I've been working out twice a day (morning before bath and night before bath too), two days on and one day off. I don't feel any discomfort so far but I would like to know if I can keep workingout that way or if I should workout once a day with the 2,1 basis.

I'm really happy with the results I'm getting, I finally found something that is working for me. I'm really thankful JP, this workout rocks.

I'll keep you posted.

Alright so i've jelqed before and stuff...but not on a consistent basis ever..so naturally not really noticed much. So I am going to give this routine a shot and commit to it. Im planning on starting as soon as I get my morning wood back.. and i think im going to do 2 days on 1 day off. I have a question though.. My LOT is 6.. so do I jelq straight out or straight up? and another question.. would edging after the PE be a good idea?

Don't worry about your LOT for jelqing, straight out will be fine...
Edging is a good way to end a workout, as long as it doesn't lead you to overtraining so watch your PIs.

I wouldn't be too sure about that, 2 weeks isn't a long time. Just remember it takes as long as it takes. Good luck.

Go back 1 page to see my post about V-jelqs. And in the first post of this thread, the description of the actual routine, JonPop recommends 2-3 seconds per stroke.

I'd recommend reading the whole thread, I realise it's quite long but you're making your penis BIGGER! Something most guys don't realise is possible. A lot of reading is the first step.

Okay thanks! this is such a helpful place! i love it haha

okay so i can only do my jelqs at about 30-40% erection... it almost seems flaccid.. but when I do the V jelqs theres significantly more blood being pushed up than regular jelqs.. it balloons up at the tip... is that what its supposed to do?

oh and funny story: Ive never been able do that start trek hand sign where u separate the middle finger and the ring finger.. so i used to get made fun of a lot.. not that it ever affected me lol.. but now my inability to do that seems to be helping me with the V- jelqs.. my first time doing it and I had no problems with the grip or whatever.. goes to show..a weakness can end up being a strength lol

Hi guys!

First of all, thanks so much for all the time and effort for such an informative thread!I enjoyed reading it as i always do ;)

I am new to PE (i mean to real regular PE) and i was following the beginner program till today (simple one: 10min warm up, nice stretch all direction for 30sec each, warm up again for few minutes, 50 wet jelq with olive oil: 10 jelgs right hand and 10 left then 10 right etc...and finally 5 min warm up ).

I found this thread and i felt like the stretching techniques mentioned here seemed more efficient to me! I mean with the Kegels for every stretch followed by the circle stretch, i do have tug when i stretch top, left and right, no tug when i pull down.

After reading this thread today I just replaced my normal stretches with the new ones :)
I see there are so many posts and pages here and I couldn't go through all of them of course!!

I have one question if there is someone to answer: is this technique works? does it work better than the normal beginner program?

I can't find ANY pictures of "before - after", so please is there any senior PE'er here who tried this and would be able to leave a post with some details/history/pictures that might help/encourage us (new PE'ers)!

I strated PE 2 weeks ago and I do definitely believe that PE works! i have already noticed changes in term of flaccid look/length and girth! so it's not the point :) the point is about this new program

I will be thankful again for your light!

Hi, im 16 rite now and im looking to have an 8 by 6 penis by college. Your routine sounded really goood for a beginner like me and i was wondering if u could give me ur routine streight up, what u ate afterwards for rebuilding ur cells, and what is the best rest day plan, for example, 5 days on 2 days off, or 2 days on 1 day off.
