Im sure its been posted, but is there a video on the V jelq. Though the explanation is good I feel like I'm using chopsticks for the first time when Im attempting it. I've been doing the basic jelq and all the stretches for the past 2 weeks and I think Ive got into a rhythm. I want to incorporate the V to ensure success.

Thanks Jonpop i will be determined to do this routine everyday. If i miss a day or two i will not sweat it, and i will not let it keep me from achieving my goals, persevering until i can reach and attain them.

I hope that this questions haven't been answer but if they have I kinda dot wanna read all 149 pages looking for the answer but what are kegels and the LOT part should I do that standing up or laying down?

I just finished day one of you newb routine JP and I have a question. When I was finished to your exact rules, I looked at my penis and it was more veiny'er then before. Does that mean I did the routine right? I also finished it off with 100 kegels while warming down and going to do 50 more tonight with 25 5 second holds. Let me know whats up.

When you describe doing wet jelqs, you say that a rep is with both hands (one after the other, starting from the base while the bottome squeezes half way). Question: Is this also true for the V Jelqs?
(i have been doing V jelqs in the same fashion as the wet jelqs and i want to know if its ok, or if i am over training)

How do these supplements aid in PE? You should add that next to each supplement in your first post.

1 Super B complex.
1 Multi Vitamin & Minerals.
1 60 mg Zinc.
2 500mg L-Arginine capsule.
1 500 mg L-Lysine.

Edit: and cost would be nice as well

Hey jp/pros,

How slow would a proper rep be? For eg, would 15 seconds per rep sound reasonable for a vjelq?

Is it recommended for newbs to do balooning or edging after JPs routine? Or would this be considered overtraining? Is it better to do 5 days on 2 off, or something like a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off...

Thanks, I've been trying to get back into this but too many distractions causing me not to do the program :(

I have 6:00 but what should I do straight and up? Also what does this mean?

"Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull."

Do I pull straight out and up? How do I do them in a big circle? Can someone tell me. I'm not good in english, sorry.

Say for example you start straight up, at 12.00, then slowly crank round in a circle, through 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, back to 12. That is one rotary stretch mate.

i would like to ask is it okay for me to be reverse-kegeling when i am doing stretching for my unit instead of kegeling
as i am trying to fix the involuntary kegeling when masturbating/having sex?

or would it be better to do kegel when stretching.. but incorporate reverse-kegeling routines after my PE

I think that your second option is better: kegeling when stretching adds intensity to the exercise and I don't think that reverse kegels would have the same effect. Do your reverse kegel routine whenever you want, a good ration would be 2 kegels for 1 reverse kegels.

but maybe i would do 2reverse kegels and 1 kegel as i am currently facing the problem of premature ejaculation.. is it okay?

i have TUG in all directions and the same exact amount of TUG as well. Does that mean i should not even bother stretching since the whole point is to stretch against the TUG?

That would mean that stretching in any direction would be beneficial to you. By no means should you not stretch.

I agree, just stick to the routines outline and stretch in all directions :thumb:

So has this routine changed at all from what's on page 1? Basically 300 OK jelqs and 180 V-Jelqs (broken into three sets of 100 and 60)?
