hello everybody in this amazing forum..I just start PE last month with a programme "Mater Of Size" (DLD) , i started with phase 1 but I did exercises irregularly.i have to do everyday but i can't i miss exercises 3 days or 4 days..And at the same time i use PE pills (Magna RX) but it did not work!!
Now it doesn't matter for me.I want to start JP's 90 days exercises again with concentration.I stop drinking, i stop smoking and marijuana.Now i am fresh.
my EL is 6.1 inches
my EG is 5.51 inches
i need 1 or 1.5 inches length it is my dream goal

and maybe 6 inches girth is good for me ; )
But i can't exactly understand a part of
Basic Stretching Exercises.
Because i am a Turkish guy and my English is not enough..
can any one explain the bold written part of this pharagraph :
"Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25
quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch,
pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull."
i understand the first stretch and doing kegels, it is classic.
BUT then what r we doing, start straight out to the left with stretches and making BİG circles at the same time how???
