I think I'm going to give my extender a rest after 4 months, and go on this routine. It seems safer, and sounds like it will give me all around good gains. I guess I was a little too optimistic thinking I would have gained more in 4 months, but .5 inches isn't too bad. It's just that I can't be in the extender without pain, then the duration gets shorter until the next day. I'll start this because it appears that it works. Wish me luck!

hi there im a newbie, ive been doing JPs 90 day work out for about 3 months now, ive noticed that my flaccid hang is getting bigger, is that a good sign, also when i wake up i get a massive wood in the mornings does that mean its working?

hi guys could you tell me ways on how to warm up and warm down your penis? we don't have hot water in the shower so i wouldn't be able to use that. any other suggestions? it's just that i know that the warm up and warm down are important, it's because of this that i haven't been able to start the routine yet.

hello everybody in this amazing forum..I just start PE last month with a programme "Mater Of Size" (DLD) , i started with phase 1 but I did exercises irregularly.i have to do everyday but i can't i miss exercises 3 days or 4 days..And at the same time i use PE pills (Magna RX) but it did not work!!
Now it doesn't matter for me.I want to start JP's 90 days exercises again with concentration.I stop drinking, i stop smoking and marijuana.Now i am fresh.

my EL is 6.1 inches
my EG is 5.51 inches
i need 1 or 1.5 inches length it is my dream goal ;)
and maybe 6 inches girth is good for me ; )

But i can't exactly understand a part of Basic Stretching Exercises.
Because i am a Turkish guy and my English is not enough..
can any one explain the bold written part of this pharagraph :

"Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull."

i understand the first stretch and doing kegels, it is classic.
BUT then what r we doing, start straight out to the left with stretches and making BİG circles at the same time how???

I feel like the wet jelqing instructions here are a bit different than the one on the site
Your instruction says to hold the grip at the glans while moving the other grip to halfway up the shaft(while you are holding the glans so that it's trapping blood in the upper half of the shaft just below the head) am I right?
Did I misread it or is this what you wanted us to do?

thanks Erictheged, really aprreciate somebody getting back to me, i just wanted to ask a question, ive been doing jonpop 90 day routine and im getting some good signs, ive been doing this for about 3months now but i couldnt really get hard for doing V-jelq, instead of doing the V-jelq ive been doing the "Squeeze", do you think thats fine, i want to gain length and girth.

Thats why I recommended in the 90 day routine to only take the supplements for a 5 day period. So the body can rid it'self of any build up. I should have pin pointed just the multi vitamin.


How important are vitamins and minarels to pe? or lets say this 90 day routine?
is it ok just taking multivitamin every other day?
are the gains the same without vitamins?

V jelqs take some practice, when you find the zone you will find they are very easy to do. If your beyond the 90 day conditioning then its alright to add or exchange some exercises, but you should follow the routine as written if you haven't.

Its not going to break the bank if you don't take them, but they compliment the exercises nicely. Do some research on the listed supplements for yourself and see the benifits they contribute, then decide.
