Alright thanks alot for the feedback, another question just came to mind was when jelqing, it says palms down, is there any difference if the palms are up? i noticed its alot easier when they are up? And also is it ok to masterbate after an exercise or before, i know people say if you dont masterbate the erection will come easier but is it still ok to do the same day?

Palm up would seem bizarre to me. When I used to jelq, palms down BTB jelqing was my bread and butter but whatever floats your boat son. Masterbating is healthy so do it all you want! As far as WHEN to do it, I usually do it post routine. If your jelqing its easier to acheive that plumpness needed for the jelq before you masterbate. If you choose to do it BEFORE, you most likely will have to wait around 15 min till your penis is ready to get the "blood flowin'" again.

before i start the jelqing i get to where i have a semi hard on but then when i start the jelqing almost straight away my penis goes falccid again, any tips??? :S

thats my problem as well i want to maintain the semi hardness but i dont know how.. after 20 jelqs i lose the erection/

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie and was just doing the LOT test. i felt the tug at 12 o'clock but hardly anything at 9 and nothing at all at 6. I repeated the steps again and it was more or less the same, just felt a bit of a light tug at 9, o'clock. so i guess i have a high LOT, but what i'm confused about is the instructions to the jelqing straight out and straight down for a high LOT. does this mean I do one jelq straight out followed by one jelq straight down and follow this routine for my jelqs?

very confused.

Just jelq straight out and it will be fine; the LOT applies to stretches. The LOT is a theory so it's up to you if you want to believe it or not. In any case, you should just follow the beginner routine as it is described here for 3 months, then, when you are conditioned, you'll decide whether you want to modify your routine to follow this theory. Some say that it's important only for hanging...

Hello,

Im having foreskin problem when jelqing, it start swelling and looks like a blister after about 30 min, i've tried many things to avoid this but it keeps coming back. Is there other exercise I can do to replace jelqing?

Just one more question about how many jelqs is considered a rep. I know with the wet jelq, a jelq with the right hand followed by a jelq with the left hand is considered as one rep. but how does it work for v-jelqs, does 1 jelq straight up, one left and one right count as 1 rep?

30 minutes of jelqing is too much for you this early in PE, you have to progress slowly with this or you will continue to get injuries

Standard jelq- once with each hand = 1 rep.
V jelq- Once left, once right, and once up = 1 rep

Nope it doesn't matter, but its good to get an erection immediatly after a workout. I like to edge afterwards, but by just getting a quick erection your bringing fresh blood into your unit.

Just wanted to let some of the beginners know how solid this routine is.

I am an experienced PE'r. I had also done hanging for 3 months. Due to a change in privacy and my wife and I getting back into working out, I have not had time to get into hours of hanging any longer.

I switched back to this routine, however I am doing it twice a day.. once in the shower in the morning and once at night. I did add one extra length exercise and 1 extra girth exercise, but this is the basis for my routine again.

Even those of us who move on from it come back to it from time to time.. because it works. Stay with it as long as you keep gaining, maybe add to it when you feel you need more, after the 90 days.

Thanks for that Stretch. Yeah, when I've gotten away from my maintainence routine for awhile, I'll go back and do a couple of days of my 90 day routine.
In fact if I have an extended layoff, I will do a few weeks to recondition.
Don't over do, you might set yourself back. (jP

Hi JP from yeaterday i started ur 90 days programme. I don't understand LOT but i am doing exercise in every direction. Is this harmful to my penis, and i am getting some pain and itch in penis after doing exercises is this good or bad sign can i continue all these pleasew help me thank you.

The pain is BAD it's REALLY REALLY BAD! (I've used capital letters and ! so to make sure you understand) If you feel pain stop immidietly! Try stretching lighter

What is this all about? I went back and read most of your posts and went back into this thread to try and find a reason that you wrote this. Have you injured yourself? Or are you just trying to scare the newbies? (jP
