Hi there.
I've spent much time (months) trying to begin PE, lurking this site and others.
It seems that even with extremely low repetition workouts (e.g. only 20 jelqs), warming up and down correctly with proper, light, jelqing technique, I still experience terrible ED several days after any session. Normally I have terrific EQ.
Has anyone had a similar experience when beggining PE?
what do PEgym?

Question regarding reps

I'm happy to say this is my first post after just signing up. I've been doing this routine for a couple weeks now and I'm feeling really good about it. I apologize if this has been answered already, but there are too many posts on this thread to read through without taking a day off work. My question is regarding the reps of the jelq's and vjelg's. JonPop states that a left and right hand stroke count as 1 rep. Is this also the case with the vjelq's? And where it states to do a total of 150 jelq's, does this mean in actuality its 300 strokes with both hands?

Would it be ok to do this routine with no so great EQ? I'm able to maintain 50-60% erection during jelqs, sometimes after about 30-40 jelqs it gets 80-90% but usually after halfway into the routine it goes down. I have to pull up the phone and turn on some porn to keep me into it. I noticed that my penis usually goes down quick when stopping any kind of activity whether its having sex or jerking off,most the time I need to kegel a few times to get it really hard. I'm thinking it may be a mental thing. Would it be ok to continue to do this routine? Should I start a lighter routine? Also the suggested supplements finally came in so I will get on those soon.

Will this work please help.

Yes. You have to be patient, yet you should have some results by now especially after a month and a half. Check out the forum for further info...

This is a very important factor in the way you exercise.

Grasp your flaccid penis under the glans in the O.K. grip. (Palm down)
Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

(No need to pull too hard, as this can be very noticeable or can be very subtle.)

Stretch straight out (9:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

Stretch straight down (6:00) do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?

When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.

If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

Sorry... I'm new... but what happens if it tugs at all 3 angles?

That is pertaining to the LOT theory Bones, which most now say to disregard. Just stretch in all directions :thumb:

Hello, I have a some questions and since they are somewhat related to the JP 90 day routine I thought to ask here.

Ok, I'm trying to condition my penis to start this routine, so I started a light routine of 3 days on and 4 off and I've been doing it for about 8 weeks now.
Routine: 10-12 min warm up
Stretching in all directions w/ kegels (a la JP stretching)
The first 5 weeks I did 100 wet jelqs and after that 120 jelqs
Some JAI pulls 30-50 a day (only on pe days)
Edging about 30 min, (whenever possible)
200-300 kegels per day.

My penis gets tired sometimes doing that routine so I thought if I decide to start the JP routine will it be better for me to do it like this:
Monday on, Tuesday on, Wednesday off, Thursday on, Friday on and Sat and Sun off. Is that a good idea?. I'm also keeping the PE stuff stealthy from the wife Lol.
If I can handle the 4 days on then I could later on add the Wednesday workout. I wonder if it will still be very effective just doing it 4 days a week?.

Something else that I'm having a little problem with is my Jelquing method; I'm very big and I can't jelq like they show in the videos so I do it one hand at the time. I have to let my penis get to about 50 to 70% erection start the jelq, push the blood up to the glans, release it, kegel and shake it (my attempt to keep the blood trapped) then start with the other hand and do the same.
Is that ok?. I have seem some results mi penis get has get a bit thicker and the glans looks bigger while erect and my EQ has improve too but sometimes it gets tired and today I found a small round dark blood accumulation in the foreskin and some tiny red spots all over. Is this a bad sign?.

I have to say I'm cheap Lol. and don't want to spend money on a jelquing device and I don't want the wife to find out about this either so for now I'm loosing weight and jelquing that way. I wonder if there's a homemade jelquing devise or a ideas to make one here?..

My bad for my English grammar and thanks if someone can help.

WET Jelqing

WET JELQING:

No need to re-warm as your Ligs will be nice and loose now.

Useing a good lube. (I use a water based lube by the brand name of Suave, with Vit E and Lanolin, found in any drug store. It's cheap, smells good leaves your skin nice and easy clean up.

A couple of squirts of lube in each hand. (Re-lube often when it starts to feel dry) Hint...get a little water on your hands, this re-activates the lube already on the hands and shaft.
Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down.
Slide, holding the grip, up to the glans. While holding the grip at the glans, start your other hand at the base. when half way up the shaft, release the grip at the glans and continue the slide up, trapping the blood at the glans and upper shaft. Both hands count as one rep. Repeat these "Wet Jelqs" for a count of 50 reps. If you become erected, stop and wait for it to subside some. You want to be about 60% to 70% erected for these. Do these slowly. About 3 or 4 seconds per rep. As you become more used to these exercises, it won't feel as much like masturbation and you will not get erected as easily. Do these exercises straight out.


-------"V" JELQS
Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by useing the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be rideing on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. These are a great exercise for Head Girth, Overall Girth and Stretching.

As you are sliding up the shaft, pull straight up. Alternate by pulling up and to the right, up and to the left. Do 30 of these reps.

Repeat with 50 "Wet Jelqs" and 30 "V" Jelqs.

Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs.

Do you count 2 strokes equal to 1 repetition for both; regular wet jelqs and "V" jelqs ? or just the wet jelqs?

I guess what I mean with the V jelqs is: does one pull counts as one repetition or the right pull and left pull make one repetition?.

You do 50 wet jelqs then 30 V jelqs first, then again 50 wet jelqs and 30 V jelqs second, and finally 50 wet jelqs and 30 V jelqs for a total 150 wet jelqs and 90 wet jelqs right?.

Hi, I've done 2 days of the beginner routine but have a couple of questions. What is the best day on / off rota? I sometimes experience a bit of pain in the centre, inside of my penis after masturbation on the routine. I also get a few red dots / marks after masturbation/ sex with my girlfriend, but i think this is balantitis related (i've had it before, clears up with hydrocortisone cream), so less concerned about this. Is the warmup and warmdown absolutely essential with a towel, because i've been rinsing my penis under hot water in the shower so far, i don't have a towel really. Also, can erection quality be compromised for the day after a too stenous routine, because i think ive noticed that. Thanks in advance guys.

I feel stupid for asking this, but warming up with hot washcloth over entire groin area, does that include testicles, wouldn't that be dangerous?

Do I increase the reps as I go? Or do I stay at the reps he mentioned for the entire 90 day?

Definitely avoid the boys, I use a sock to insulate them. I also use a rice sock for a dry warm up.

I just sit in a bathtub with water at 40 degrees C. =/
Much easier.

I just switch right after.
30 v then right after 50 wet and right afer ...

Warming down - use a hot towel or your shower nozzle and warm down for a min of 5 mins.

Hello everyone. Been awhile since I posted on this forum. Been doing pe on and off. One thing I have noticed when doing jelqs or squeezes, I don't really get that good of a pump when I'm done. I measure and it seems my girth is smaller. Does anyone else have this problem? Right now I am doing JP's routine.
