JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

Going to begin this routine soon. Few questions:

1. If I PE in the warm shower, is it okay to forego the warmup/warmdown periods?
2. What's the best lube for use in the shower? (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
3. If my LOT is 12, it says I should do exercises straight out and down. So, would I still do the V-grip jelqs by pulling up?

hi fellas! status update.
today is my 1 month of doing the routine.
i incorporate my exercise with balloning/edging, i notice that my FL gain a little and also my EG.
well im lovin this.

anyway can i start to hang weight?

Finish your 90 days of conditioning before you try hanging or anything more advanced :thumb:

I have been reading some stuff from other newbs and it seems like they are doing more than I am. Is the 5 days on 2 days off for 90 days all i should be doing until im ready for the advanced stuff?

Just stick with the routine as written, if you want to add some stamina work you can, and you can do occasional JAI's too. Just keep an eye on your PI's

the skin of my penis glans are peeling off.
ohh god. am i doing the wrong thing?
i did edging/ballooning and the routine.

It has happened to many guys Palager, here is a quote from Big Al on some things to try. Don't worry over it too much, it will go away.

Quote Big Al:Your best bet would be to use a proven, non-irritating lube like Vaseline or KY Jelly. It would also be a good idea to follow up any PE sessions with a light rub down using cocoa butter or some other skin rejuvenating substance to ensure that your skin stays supple and healthy. Cocoa butter may also prevent or soften up stretchmarks- a common symptom among fast gainers.

Is it the hotter the wash cloth is the better?

Not necessarily, just a few degrees above your body temp is good. I think Big Al says 103 degrees is hot enough, your penis is a tender area(as you know :) ) and can be burned very easily if your not careful.

What I done for a warm up was I took a old soccer sock into the shower with me I put my penis in it and wraped it around it then I turned on the hot water on it for about 10 minutes but everytime I feel it was getting too hot I'd move away is that good enough for a warm up?

As long as it feels like a thorough warming all the way through, then yeah. I've took a shower, quickly washed and then closed the drain while the water ran on me. After about five minutes there was enough water in the tub to turn the shower off and sit down in the tub for awhile and not waste hot water.
I've also used fowfers at times for 10-15 minutes before getting in the shower(then do the above). It seems to speed up the warming effects of the shower some.

Will this help me gain? I started about 2 weeks ago i had done some exercising before but not much. I am doing a hot towel for 5 mins as a warm-up.flaccid stretch for 30 seconds 10 reps slowly rotating throughout reps in all directions. Regular jelqing for 10 mins. I have been doing an Uli for 4 sets of 30 seconds. Finally 2 sets of 50 kegels. I did a 5 minute hot towel warm down once and will continue this for the rest of my exercising. I've done this for a little under 1 and a half months and have not seen any real gains except a slight gain in girth. I have as of yesterday start twisting when doing my stretch only half a twist anything else I could do to start seeing more results.

What does he mean when he says exercised should either be done straight up and out or straight down and up? I thought jelqs were always out, and v-jelqs were always up.

Is it normal that I don't get the 'squeezy' feeling I get when I do OK-grip jelqs while V-jelqing? I have the idea that I can't squeeze very hard while V-jelqing.

V jelqs work the sides and bottom of your penis so they feel different, once you get the hang of it you will love them.
