Going to begin this routine soon. Few questions:
1. If I PE in the warm shower, is it okay to forego the warmup/warmdown periods?
2. What's the best lube for use in the shower? (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
3. If my LOT is 12, it says I should do exercises straight out and down. So, would I still do the V-grip jelqs by pulling up?
