Do you think if I do this properly for three months, I'll be able to gain one inch erect? I mean if I am dedicated and never miss a day on?
It depends from person to person, you may gain an inch, you may gaine more, you may gain nothing at all, just gotta do it an find out.

This is about 6 posts up from yours. Try and spend some time reading through this thread, it REALLY IS worth the time.

Its widely believed now that the theory is irrelevant, so just ignore it and stretch in all directions.

Hey HotRod, this means your ligs are nice and loose. Do your exercies in all directions.
Hanging would probably do you a lot of good.

How does this sound for a starting routine ?:
1) Start with a two minute warm up with a warm cloth,

2) Then (with lube) get the penis semi- erect and perform 100 jelq strokes.
(I will add 100 each week as I have just started)

3) Then a warm down routine.

How does that sound?

I masterbate daily, and it usually happens within and hour or two after PEing.

Is this bad for the gains? It feels like one last good exercise to get the blood pumping, but I've heard different things about this. I get excited doing the Jelqs, and it almost feel torturous to me to hold it back.


Any advice, opinions? I've been following JP's routine for about three weeks, no real gains yet.

Hey all, I just started this routine yesterday. I've read a few pages of this thread but I can't read all 108. I did learn a few things though (like what exactly one full v-jelq stroke is). I have a couple questions:

1- I have a Max-xtender device. Putting aside the fact that it's not the best stretching device, is there a way I could work this into the 90 day routine or just leave it out for now?
2- After 90 days, is this a routine I can stick with? Maybe slowly add to the jelqs/vjelq count, but generally as a base routine is it something that can be used forever?

I just took a quick preliminary measurement and it seems that I have NOT GAINED ANY LENGTH during the entire routine!!!
I don't know about girth yet because I just moved and I have to find my tape measure. I hope it has increased slightly. It feels that way, I think.

But the main thing I'm after is length. This is so disappointing.

What to do???

Start hanging (if you are prepared/conditioned). If done correctly, I guarantee you will gain length. Did you at least gain girth on the routine?

Edit: Ok, I see. You haven't measured that yet.

Avenger, this routine was designed to get you acquainted with the exercises and to condition yourself for the more advanced stuff.
It sounds like you have improved your eq in the process which is great! You can now start researching the more advanced exercises, and/or increase the intensity and reps of this routine.

Check out the exercise and article sections of the site and pick some things that look right for you. Good job on completing this routine! Well done.

MY BAD/Mistake

MY BAD/Mistake

Alright I attempted this routine last week but I only got bad results. It looked like I over-trained I only had negative PIs. I decided to give myself a break for a couple of days to let my penis heal. Today I checked this routine out, and I realized that I made a mistake.
"Do a total of 150 "Wet Jelqs" and 90 "V" Jelqs."

When I got to this part of the routine I thought I had to do 150 MORE wet jelqs and 90 MORE "v" jelqs. So at the end I did about 250 wet and 150 "v" jelqs.
I had made my mistake. I still have hopes for this routine, so today Im going to try it out again, and correct the mistake I did last time. The routine does feel comfortable to do. Just takes time when your doing it wrong (like I did)

Today I've officially began my 90 days routine :D I went last night to wal mart, got me baby oil gel and today I did my first session.
I didnt measure yet cause Im not sure how to as my P isnt straight. Its not completely bended either. It has, like an inch from the base, a slight bend and continues straight to the glans like a boomerang, 2 straight parts with a noticeable bend. For a better pic from base to bend my P goes straight out like an inch, then the bend, then from bend to glans it points forward up. So if I measure with a ruler, it will tell me how far from the pelvis it goes, not exactly the size from base to glans. Also, due the bend, if I measure with a cord or something, the upper side (from base to end) will give me a smaller size than the lower side (from where the shaft meets the 'twins' to the end)
I had a pretty hard time performing the exercises, they seem pretty easy to understand but when u get ur hands on there is a couple of things that r not stated how to do it correctly (details). Ive tried to watch the videos on my macbook but seems impossible to find the plug-in needed. Why arent they on youtube so everyone can watch them ? I was so focused on how to perform the exercises that I lost count a couple of times.
So, I did the V jelq with my fingers forming a C pressing the sides of the shaft. Does that work? I couldnt do it with my fingers curved (like with the end of fingers scraping my belly)
Helicopter thing is impossible to count ! how accurate do I need to be on the number of rpms?

You don't have to be exact on the helicopter reps .... Just shake it enough to get blood moving ....

The video problem with the mac's is still being addressed. Sorry for the inconvenience, hopefully we will have that resolved soon.
The longer you practice your routine, the more understanding you will get on form for each exercise. Just keep practicing, and as long as your moving the blood bulge up the shaft your making progress. You WILL get better as time goes on!
