Okay can somebody help with a question I have been searching for a answer for but cant get a good answer on......Is it okay to masterbate before PE??? Or even shortly after?? My girlfriend noticed my slight gain and couldn't help herself....I wasnt sure if I could still do PE right after so I took today off. Day 4 to my 5 on 2 off routine. Can anybody help here???

Masturbation questions have been answered multiple times, if you do a search you will for sure find you answer there as well :) To answer your question from what I have seen on those threads and what I know; if your penis is feeling tired, then do not PE, if your PI's are O.K., then go ahead. Though it is still recommended not to masturbate immediately before or directly after a workout. This is because from what statistics are showing; the less you masturbate, the more you gain.

Ive been trying to watch the exercises videos on my macbook and it seems to be impossible, a windows pops up saying I need a MIME plug in. I did a search and seems like nobody had this issue? thats impossible ! Ive downloaded flip4mac, and realplayer but I still cant see the videos and the same windows pops up. Does anyone knows anything about it? maybe a thread somewhere with a solution? Im Running mac os 10.5
Help plz..

There was an issue with mac users being able to view the guides and video sections awhile back. If your still having trouble, than its obviously still a problem. I'll check with administration and see where there at with it. Hopefully they will have it resolved soon.

Hello everyone,

First if a count of one jelq is two strokes, once with the left hand and then with the right. How many strokes is a V-jelq?

Is three strokes one V-jelq: once to the left, center, and right.

Any opinions on this?

And secondly I am just starting JP90day routine, but with a slight modification of four days on and three days off.

Mon- on
Tues- on
Wed- off
Thurs- on
Fri- on
Sat- off
Sunday- off

Is it possible to still have good gains with this schedule?

(1) The standard jelq reps are: two hands travels, complete a 1 count.
V jelq's : 1 left, 1 right, and 1 out, complete a 1 count.

Hi,
I have started this routine a month back and had small gains also. My question is regarding one of the supplement listed in the routine L-arginine.
Actually I am a patient of ankylosing spondylitis(an auto immune disease in joints). I have searched through the web but could not find any satisfactory answer on the effect of arginine on AS patients. Could anyone in the forum tell me that is it safe for me to take arginine supplement ? If yes what is the recommended daily dosage?

The ideal jelquing pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively forces blood up the penis.

I got a question about LOT loss of Tug:

Doesn't the "strength" of your PC muscles determine how much Tug you will feel? If not then what causes the tug?

And the stretching are basically done against the tug?

Good question. What I've read on the theory is that the LIGs determine the LOT. By kegaling when stretched it lets you know if they are shorter, longer, tighter, higher, lower, etc. Its widely believed now that the theory is irrelevant, so just ignore it and stretch in all directions.

Now if I use a cool down instead of a warm down will it have a serious effect on the routine? Has anyone seen any good gains with a cool down instead of warm down? What should I expect to gain? Now on the days of routine, I'm more of a 2 days on/1 day off guy. 5 days on and 2 off sounds like overkill. I'm willing to try, but I don't want to overwork myself. Has anyone done a version of 2 on/1 off and still seen good gains? Also, would changing the warm up from a cloth to a warm cup, change it up much?

Mann89, that sounds Scandinavian :p Anyway, :welcome:

1. Some recommend a cool-down, others a warm-down. I personally like the warm-down, while remek himself says that it should be avoided. So it is really up to what you like, and I actually think(if I remember correctly) that cool-down members provided on average greater gains.

2. You shouldn't expect too much, and not too little. This is very individual, and far from an exact science quite yet, but most members experience approximately +0.25 in gains, mostly length, but some gain girth easier.

3. A very large numbers of people choose the 2 on, 1 off approach, this includes me. I would like to say that 5 on 2 off, seems to intense for me as well, so no worries there :) Definitely do not, try something that you think will have negative results on your penis; go for 2on 1 off. Some people find this to be too intense as well, and just do 1 on 1 off.

I tried the warm-cup approach, too much of a hazzle. I spilled water all over, and I didn't feel warm and loose as I like to. I like the warm-cloth, but I LOVE my rubberflask :D It keeps warm for several hours, and is a great way to warm up. There a easy to get, and dirt cheap.
