Hi there!! I'm very excited for starting this routine three days ago. It's very well written!

But, I have a problem.. The reason I don't like doing any stretches is because I get an erection (to about 60%) after every single stretch!! And it takes a lot of precious time to wait for him to get down.. lol. How do I pass this problem ?

P.S. I was not circumcised, so when I do jelqs is it a problem to jelq (pull) all of my skin together or should I hold the skin down at the base ?

Use your non jelqing hand to pull back the excess skin from jelqing.You can try dipping your penis into hot water to get down your EL.I do that when my EL rises above the desired level.But once you get used to pe'ing your penis will respond positively by differentiating masturbation and pe.

Just now im starting to worry that mybe im doing the jelqng wrong due to my excess skin because based from what ive read, you guys are having a problem on how to get rid of that skin when doing jelqs. Now my question, is that skin really affecting that quality of jelq exercise in a negative way?

I wouldn't say so. I don't know if you have been uncircumcised in some time of your life, or while doing exercises, but the movement is very very smooth!
If we were to hold skin tight, we would just irritate the skin very badly..

Including warm up and warm down time, this routine took me roughly 50 minutes. Does that sound right?

Also, are reps counted the same way for v-jelqs as they are for normal ones? It says one rep of a jelq is after you use both hands. Is it the same for v-jelq, or is each hand one rep?

Around an hour(give ot take) is about how long it took me. Sometimes longer if I took my time with the jelqs.

The standard jelq reps are: two hands travels, complete a 1 count.
V jelq's : 1 left, 1 right, and 1 out, complete a 1 count.

Ah, my v-jelq counting would explain why I completed it too quickly. Thank you.

It takes me about 45 minutes to do the stretches and only half the jelqs, must be doing something wrong!

Not really. There is at least 20 minutes of warming in the routine (warm up/warm down), and about 15 mins of stretching, and 15 minutes of jelqing(+ or -). So like I said, about an hour give or take. I did slower jelq's and longer warm up/down, so it took me a little longer.

I wasn't including warm up haha, that's 10-15 minutes prior. Just the stretches and half the jelqs, seems I'm doing my jelqs too slow. I'll probably change it up when i work up to the full amount.

I doubt they're necessary but they will obviously help via improved bloodflow. I've yet to use the supplements myself but should be getting them in the next few days, I'm only a couple of weeks in.

I'm just wondering because I usually see it recommended that beginners do something like 2 on-1 off, so I hope I'm not misunderstanding and overtraining.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Another question- would it be okay to do bed fowfers before going to sleep on training days? I figure it's a pretty low-intensity exercise and I like the hang I have the next day, but I hope I'm not pushing it.

Okay can somebody help with a question I have been searching for a answer for but cant get a good answer on......Is it okay to masterbate before PE??? Or even shortly after?? My girlfriend noticed my slight gain and couldn't help herself....I wasnt sure if I could still do PE right after so I took today off. Day 4 to my 5 on 2 off routine. Can anybody help here???
