Hi there!! I'm very excited for starting this routine three days ago. It's very well written!
But, I have a problem.. The reason I don't like doing any stretches is because I get an erection (to about 60%) after every single stretch!! And it takes a lot of precious time to wait for him to get down.. lol. How do I pass this problem ?

P.S. I was not circumcised, so when I do jelqs is it a problem to jelq (pull) all of my skin together or should I hold the skin down at the base ?
