About V-Jelqs:

You use both hands when doing it straight up, two jelqs. When doing it to the sides to? or just with your left hand to the left and your right hand to the right? What counts as a rep, two jelqs, one with each hand; or two straight up, two to the left and two to the right? I supose it's two jelqs.

About Hot Wrap:

Are you supposed to include your testicles in the wrap? I now they don't work when hot, but maybe it's good just for a while.

You can do the hot wrap however you want, and yes, getting your balls super hot decreases sperm count, but do whatever works best for you. However, the main thing is to keep your weenie warm!

It says 'Both hands count as one rep' where he explains wet jelqs, that's why I asume he's not considering one jelq a rep in the v-jelq section. The problem is that the routine says you should do 30 reps, and two jelqs per rep or one per rep makes a huge difference.

Are these vitamins 100% essential because i can't afford them atm i'm on a tight budget?

Flipper88, the guide says to do 25 kegels whilst you are doing each stretch. Each stretch last 25 seconds, so that would be 25 x 1 second kegels.

thanks for the reply, but i was pertaining to this "Do these exercises to start, for 5 days and then, Important, take 2 full days off from PE. This will give your penis a chance to heal and grow, but continue to do your Kegels. Try and do 100 a day."

so are there prolonged kegels? or quick 1 second kegels with 1 sec rest in between?

I just recently ordered them from GNC, came to about 42 bucks with shipping and all, hey anything to help gain its worth the money really it will last you 3 months and a little extra get them online brother just follow the guide and your on your way :)

Didnt include the multivitamin pills in that price, get those from a local store I got Equate multivitamin complex think its like 10 bucks at a pharmacy but i recommend you get something higher quality.

10 minutes warm up to start with

About 10 minutes to do the heli shackes-and-the stretches-and the kegels--->in each direction.
To continue with the wet jelqs--->IF i say IF,you count wet jelqs based on this: one stroke with Left hand = 1 jelq .AND 1 stroke with Right hand = 2nd jelq..So we have a total of 300 jelqs .And if i am not wrong the Suggested time of one stroke is about 4 seconds,NOT 2,or 3.Just 4.So 300*4=1200 seconds.(20 mins)
But that is a theorotical view--->>because you cant *just magically* have your penis ALL the time at about 60-70% erect level..Can you?So maybe you will do something to make it harder or to make it less hard--but anything you will do-in the end you will need TIME-So you will need a small increase in the total time.Like 5 minutes.So we are up to 25 minutes the whole Wet jelqing procedure.

Last part is the v-jelq.Let us assume that one v jelq is about 2 seconds per stroke.Then we have 30 V jelqs---but-----1 v jelq is 3 stroke(because you are doing in 3 directions,that is on the left,straight forward, and on right)..So we have a total of (3 strokes)*(2 seconds per one storke)*(90 v Jelqs)=540 seconds .And again if we add the time that we need to maintain the erect length to the desired erection level-we must add about 3 minutes..So we are up to a total of 12 minutes

Warm down-> 8 minutes will do.

So to sum up we have: 10+10+25+12+8=65 mitutes-->1 hour and 5 minutes--But that is only in theory--In action someone could last for 1.5 h..Cannot predict what the time consuming parameters will be in each person in each occation.
So my question is;How some people claim that they do the whole exercise on just 30+ minutes?WTF?

Personally, i am close to 1h-20 minutes.And to say the truth in the 1st time was way beyond that.
Also, nice forum--this is my 1st post.

JP i have to say that honestly this is a GREAT guide for starters, although i havent seen much erect gains my flaccid is DEFINITELY thicker, it even bulges on my pants now my friend was like "what the hell are u having a hard on?" i looked down and im like "no thats my flaccid" she looked at me like she wanted to rape me hahaha! thumbs up my friend.

Oh and i dont do V-jelqs im still trying to accomodate properly so i can do them right but i will after this week.

Yes. You can use the shower for your warm up and warm down. You didn't need to quote the whole routine to ask this question. (jP

JP, what do you think about the idea now of "cooling down" rather than a "warm-down"?

I am liking it, what I do is helicopter with the shower water on cold after my routine and the cold water helicopters seem to keep the penis engorged longer after my workout.

Just wanted to ask.

Been doing as is but no v-jelqs, currently taking some supplements with it only on workout days though. I do plan on doing some v-jelqs after the first month so basically warmup with a CUP not TOWEL i found it more effective. Stretching gets a little hard for me if i warm up first so im gonna have to stretch then warmup, 200 jelqs then warmdown. So far the flaccid and EQ have increased im not in a hurry. :)

3 weeks so far.

Axl, be careful doing ANYTHING without a warm up. I guess if it "works" for you then ok, but the warm up is considered by ALL on here the KEY element to perform before engaging in ANY PE exercises, whether they be stretching OR jelqing.

If the "wetness" is the problem with stretching, try getting a heating pad so you can do a "dry" warmup prior to PE.
