hi guys.
im new here, just stumbled upon this forum and i wish it had been 10 years ago but better late than never ey.
i wanted to know if it was ok to start my 90 day program and do my exercises before bed?

and is it ok for me to do as much kegels during the day as i want or is there a limit?

Jp i started your routine and did it for about week. However i have had some problems. My flaccid penis is not as spongy as usual if that makes sense. It is slightly stiff and can sometimes be seen through my pants as it does not hang as it use to. The skin on my shaft has also started to look a darker colour than the skin covering the head. Is this a common problem and what should i do about it ?

Hello, im new here and i have a question. I`ve been doing some PE a few months back but was soon discouraged and stopped. I want to start again using this routine but here is the thing. I`ve been using bathmate for about a month, 3 times per week mostly, once i used it just once per week (exams, roommate). As i`ve read, some of you stopped having woodies in the morning, well that happened to me, but they`re back. My question is, would it be overdoing if i use in the morning bathmate for 20 mins and in the evening JP`s routine or vice versa?

Hello JP,
have read through your exhaustive and detailed advice in this long thread I have just one unanswered question-is it necessary whilst doing the exercises to be in the same room as my penis?

Seriously though.....your explanation is clear and concise and I am now in my fourth week,following it exactly until the 90 days are up-unless, of course my penis drops off during the process or flies out the window doing the heli stretches.

I had kegelled for over a year now regularly and edged for 6-8 months so the routine feels good and in my comfort zone-and after measuring on three weeks point noticed a significant gain in girth so am encouraged to carry on.

I will post my measurements on six weeks progress( in case I measured all wrong!)

hi! i would just want to know if the 100 kegels mentioned are fast kegels or prolonged kegels. how many seconds should 1 kegel take? and does there have to be a few seconds or so of rest in between kegels? thanks!

I'd like to ask if doing 120 dry jelqs (60 each hand) is an effective substitute for the wet and v jelqs?

Also. JP I've followed this routine religously for 3 weeks straight (I'm not expecting results yet) but for some reason, last week I had really good flaccid hangs 3 and a half days in a row but I haven't had anything since then. Do you have any idea how to make a routine perfect? (well perfect for me, like feeling good and easy and stuff)When I did those really good routines I didn't do my stretches down, I've noticed it almost hurts when I do them (I'm 0 - 30% erect when I do them) I think it's because of my erection angle, which is straight up like an arrow, along with a curve upwards. Would you suggest not to do the downward stretches? I'm taking a break for tonight (due to some fun with the misses a few mins ago! ;)) but I'm continuing tomorrow no matter what. Can you offer me your opinion?

im having a hard time keeping my penis hard while doing this rutine. im on weekone but im not sure if im doing this right. how firm should i be hold my penis?

I When you DON'T feel it TUG BACK, this is your Loss of Tug or LOT.

If your LOT is 6:00, you will need to do your exercises straight out and straight up.

If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

You always want to exercise AGAINST the TUG

I'm sure I got things a little mixed up in my head, but you say one should excercise against the tug if one's LOT is 6:00 (my case) , but exercising straight out & up in this case would not be against the tug. Exercising straight down would be against the tug for us 6.00ers , wouldn't it?

My routine is two days on one day off. I switched to an every other day routine and that didn't seem to make any difference.

Well, every man is different, so every man has his limits. The recommended usage time for Bathmate is 20 min a day, every day, but then you should not pump it all the way especially if you are a beginner. Start out with slow, shorter 5 minute sessions, and gradually work up to more intense workouts and incorporate JP´s routine into it, as it seams very interesting although I have not personally tried it. Give it a try mate and see if it works out for you mate.

Hello to all! I am glad that I found this forum and nice collective here.I read alot of posts here, but have some questions too.May you talked about it before, sorry for that, but I want to ask you some about this program. I read this program and trying to do everythink like there, but I dont use hot wiper to make warm my ligaments.To make my ligaments warm I scrub that places with my hand few minutes.I think its the same like with wiper? After that made some helicopter.Then I made 25 kegels to up and to foward and starting to WET Jelqing. I make WET Jelqing about 25 minutes non stop. What do you think? What is bad?And what I have to do? Thankyou for your notion.

Dude, scrubbing with your hand a few minutes, will do nothing but make your skin sore. It will not warm up the ligaments which is what "Warming Up" is all about. (jP

What purpose do the supplements serve to pe training exactly? Can I get good results without taking them?

Flipper88, the guide says to do 25 kegels whilst you are doing each stretch. Each stretch last 25 seconds, so that would be 25 x 1 second kegels.
