I've had a question about kegels for a while I've been meaning to ask. What is considered "1" kegel?....is it holding it for a quick second and letting it go or is there a certain amount of time you need to hold the contraction for it to be considered a kegel? IE: hold the contraction for 3 seconds then let it go and that's considered "1" kegel. Thanks in advanced for the answer.

Hello there Jon.

I did some PE last year but packed it in after about a month, probably through lack of Knowledge and overtraining [thinking more was better] But now I have started doing it again, after reading so much on the various forums, looking at all the newbie routines.

Anyway I thought I would try this routine "below" but comparing it to all the other newbie routines it looks like too much for a newbie [ It's Intense ] I have been doing it 5 weeks today, but doing 2 days on and 1 day off, and after the first week I cut the sets down to 2 sets, as well as the jelqs. The morning woods are not very good, but still the same if my girl comes on strong..hahaha.. I would like your advice on this routine Jon as well as the other Vets on here please.

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Jonpop im coming for your advice again;
Is the jelquing device a mandatory item on your routine after the 6th week? or could we do the entire routine with just bare hands but the results will be better if jelquing device would've been added?
If so, i noticed on one of your posts that to be sure we get the new foam rolls, seems like the old ones were not doing well(different material) and if you could point me as where to buy the best jelquing device, there are lots in the internet, even on ebay and i dont wanna buy something thats is gonna hurt me or my pocket later on.
Jonpop once i get this device, it only puts pressure on 2 sides of the penis, should I use it as V-jelq or as a top and bottom jelq? or maybe one V jelq & one top-bottom jelq until complete the set of 50 ?

I started doin jps routine and my morning woods have come back.. This guy knows what hes talking about but what i did notice after my workout is contraction for about 2 hrs before the woodys and more plumper hangs came but after that i started to get more woodys so im happy about that. Maybe this will work but so far i am getting positive pi's and i am jelqing for about 10 minutes.. I wonder if i divide the excersises as in just do one specific excersise a day maybe a 2 on 1 off in stretching and 1 on 2 off in jelqing since my unit responds well after 2 days off from jelqing. Gotta figure it out but thanks Jon pop this routine is great

I am telling a friend about this, and he wants to gain mostly length. But he will start with PE for the first time. So is this routine a good idea for him or should he start with newbie routine? I mean the one where you do the warming up, basic stretching exercises, 200 jelqs and warming down.

And, this question is about me, I am doing PE for 4 1/2 months right now, and I do want to gain more length, I am happy with my girth. So should I change my routine to this routine? This is my routine (it is a little more advanced version of the newbie routine):
-warming up (5 mins)
-basic stretching exercises (5 mins)
-fowfering (5-6 minutes)
-v stretches (not v jelqs, so it isn't a misspelled) (1 mins)
-inverted v stretches (1 mins)
-some kind of fowfering, but then while I'm standing on my feet (1 mins)
-300 jelqs (10-15 mins)
-Uli stretches (if I do to much of these my glans looks to big and it starts to hurt) ( 2-3 mins)
-50 kegels (1-3 mins)
-warming down (5 mins)

This isn't a special routine or something like that, I just added some extra stretches to the newbie routine. Should I stick to this or should I change my routine to JP's routine, if a really want to gain length?

I'm no vet, but your routine looks allot like the newbie routine. If it works for you, there is no problem. But I see that you do allot of jelqs. 300 jelqs in the 5th week is already allot and now you want to make them 600 jelqs. You could wait a little more with this, this could also be the reason of the bad morning woods. I mean that I think that you are overdoing it. There is nothing wrong with the stretches.

Yeah there are allot of jelqs in this routine, I did not go up to 600 though, just 300. I actually think there is to much stretching in this routine as well so I cut the sets down to 2 sets for each exercise. Maybe I mite have been stretching to hard and thats why the morning wood has gone. I was thinking of changing my routine and going with the newbie routine on here, if the morning wood comes back strong then It will be better for me I think..

Jonpop.

I understand how the lot theory works with the Tug Back, you can actually feel it pretty good as well as see it tug back.
But later when your doing the stretches how hard should you be stretching.? should you be stretching with just enough force so you still feel the Tug Back or even still see the tug back..?

This routine is crazy I haven't even been doing it for that long and already noticing pretty fast results and I'm taking it slow. Might be something to do with my ligaments being so tight to begin with not sure but either way it's working very quickly I'll complete the full 90 days before I move on to other exercises.

I havent told my misses im doing this yet so she's probably trying to work out where the extra length/girth/hardness came from almost impaled the poor girl :p

Thanks JP, routine is an easy introduction to PE and is already making great gains.

Hi. I'm a beginner of PE. I want to ask something

"Grasp your penis under the glans in the O.K. grip and stretch to the left. holding the stretch against the theigh.
While holding this stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. (count to 25)
Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull."

I don't understand what "do 10 stretches in a big circle" mean. Does it mean I swing my penis in a circle shape 10 times to the left and 10 times to the right while still holding the stretch? I usually do it but I don't know whether I'm right or wrong. And what erection percentage I should have in this exercise? Also, I have just been doing PE for about one weeks and now I feel a little pain in the base of my penis. Is it because i use too much pressure while jelging? I do exactly with the routine you post here so i dont think it is overwork. What should I do now? Do I need to do less than the routine post?

My most noticeable LOT is 6:00 and to the left there is significantly less than at 9, and midnight has the most.

Just a few questions:

1. Warming up: Can I do this in the shower? A hot shower and some playing around with the little fella to get the blood flowing for a while constitute warming up? Also the same Q for warming down.
2. Can i do exercises in the shower if I find it possible to do so physically with the right technique? I would much prefer to do it all in there.
3. Do I really NEED those supplements? I have a very healthy diet and am in good shape, and am not big on taking supplements except multi-vitamin booster, fish oil, and glucosamine chondroitin (I have bad joints). Are they necessary for best gains for PE? Are the supplements going to be effective permanently? ie if I stop taking them will they be like a lot (not all) of those extra body building supplements that help whilst training, and work when using and cycling, but the extra results gained from those are lost when you stop taking them?
4. What about edging? Can I incorporate this into the program, is it effective for physical growth?
5. What about masturbation and sex? Is it okay before and after? How long for each? Does it matter?
6. Also my main goals are for size only, as I have no issues with stamina/erection/premature ejaculation, are there any exercises I can replace that are mainly suited for those goals and focus more on length?

I know would like some of these questions answered. I find a hot cloth fiddly to use for the warmup and it only stays hot for a few seconds before becoming just warm.

No, they're not needed, but they improve bloodflow to the penis and promote good penis health.
4. What about edging? Can I incorporate this into the program, is it effective for physical growth? Yes. There are a few theories on how long after PE you should edge, take a look around. Also, Edging promotes increased bloodflow to the penis for extended periods, resulting in harder erections, fuller flaccids and, of course, ejaculation control.
5. What about masturbation and sex? Is it okay before and after? How long for each? Does it matter? Maybe not directly after PE, but try not to change your sexual lifestyle to fit in with PE, after all "use it or lose it". What I've done is switch masturbation for edging.
6. Also my main goals are for size only, as I have no issues with stamina/erection/premature ejaculation, are there any exercises I can replace that are mainly suited for those goals and focus more on length? No, the exercises in JPs routine are for size. Stuff like edging (whilst also helping size) is for stamina/erection/premature ejaculation.
