Hi JP, thanks for the guide, I'm keen to start
My most noticeable LOT is 6:00 and to the left there is significantly less than at 9, and midnight has the most.
Just a few questions:
1. Warming up: Can I do this in the shower? A hot shower and some playing around with the little fella to get the blood flowing for a while constitute warming up? Also the same Q for warming down. Yes
2. Can i do exercises in the shower if I find it possible to do so physically with the right technique? I would much prefer to do it all in there. Yes
3. Do I really NEED those supplements? I have a very healthy diet and am in good shape, and am not big on taking supplements except multi-vitamin booster, fish oil, and glucosamine chondroitin (I have bad joints). Are they necessary for best gains for PE? Are the supplements going to be effective permanently? ie if I stop taking them will they be like a lot (not all) of those extra body building supplements that help whilst training, and work when using and cycling, but the extra results gained from those are lost when you stop taking them? No, they're not needed, but they improve bloodflow to the penis and promote good penis health.
4. What about edging? Can I incorporate this into the program, is it effective for physical growth? Yes. There are a few theories on how long after PE you should edge, take a look around. Also, Edging promotes increased bloodflow to the penis for extended periods, resulting in harder erections, fuller flaccids and, of course, ejaculation control.
5. What about masturbation and sex? Is it okay before and after? How long for each? Does it matter? Maybe not directly after PE, but try not to change your sexual lifestyle to fit in with PE, after all "use it or lose it". What I've done is switch masturbation for edging.
6. Also my main goals are for size only, as I have no issues with stamina/erection/premature ejaculation, are there any exercises I can replace that are mainly suited for those goals and focus more on length? No, the exercises in JPs routine are for size. Stuff like edging (whilst also helping size) is for stamina/erection/premature ejaculation.
