  1. Hold onto the base of your flaccid penis lightly.
  2. Spin your penis round like a lasso. Yee-haw!

Blancodb,
jP means 150 wet jelqs reps. Right stroke and left stroke is one reps. 1 V jelq reps is one stroke to the left, one to the right, and one straight up.

No, I meant does that statement mean a total of 150 throughout the whole session, or 150 more.

Hi JP, I've been on your routine for 4 weeks now but the only problem is I've been doing 100 jelqs and 30 v-jelqs for a total of 300 jelqs and 90 v-jelqs without realizing it. I just happened to wonder back here and realized that it says to do 50 jelqs and 30 v-jelqs for 150 jelqs and 90 v-jelqs. Is this bad, even though I've mostly been getting positive PIs or should I still cut down. I've been getting good morning wood and lasting longer in bed, but sometime after a work out the head of my penis is a little bruised and purple.

Thanks,
Justin

If your morning wood is ok, you have no injuries and don't feel over fatigued. Then yes as long as your getting good workouts then you should be fine. Any sign of fatigue, back it off a notch or two. Some people have a higher resistance to training and do require more work to achieve a good workout. It could be technique also.

Everything in PE is time over tension. So if your jelqs take 3 secs and mine takes 4. You have to do 33% more jelqs to achieve the same time over tension. This goes for all forms of PE wether it be hanging, squeezes etc etc.

i have found over the years that speaking to relatively newbies they tend to rush the workout a little. When you ask them 2 count how long 1 jelq takes they say 4 seconds when in reality its more like 2 1/2 - 3. Make sure your doing quality reps and stretches and be cautious of injuring yourself buddy.

I am sure I'm correct but I have this thing niggling in the back of my mind, 1 rep is both hands right? So if you count 1 rep per hand you do a total of 300 reps for the qet jelqs? Otherwise I've been doing twice as many jelqs as I'm supposed to.

G'day all just started this routine. Question though, when working out LOT I seem to have a strong tug back in any direction which also seems about the same force of tug back in all directions. So what should I focus on?

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
Your ligaments are extremely tight. Start on the routine but go slow. Good Luck. (jP

Thanks jP, Just got my first gain. pretty impressive, in my opinion. I got .25 in length and 1/8 in girth. Been using you program for 20 days of of today. I also strap on a ADS for around 2-3 hours a day on work out days. The best thing is I STILL HAVE 70 MORE DAYSssss.... left. Can't wait to see what kind of gains I will have @ the end of your program.

Much love an appreciation jP.

Jon... I've been doing your routine for 8 weeks (56 days) now... I've grown a bit of girth... However, no length yet...

Just some quick questions:

1- what would you recommend as a routine to gain length fast, after the 90 days?

2- how long should ONE circle stretch last? Because I do mine in like 5 seconds...so 50 seconds for 10 circle stretches.

3- some red spots are appearing on my forearms... I'm starting to think it's because of the baby oil that I use as lube, maybe my skin is having some negative effect.. Have you heard of something like that?

4- Maybe I haven't gained length because I am not applying enough pressure when jelquing... I apply just a little bit of pressure. What is your intake?

Thanks
