If your LOT is 9:00 or higher, you will do exercises straight out and straight down.

Never mind JonPop I re-read your post. My LOT is 9 or higher. So all exercises that I preform will be straight out and straight down. I have been Jelqing upwards and stretching straight-out. Maybe this is why I'm getting the burning sensation?

I've known this website for 1 year, but i didn't give it a try :D

Now, i'm gonna start over again. I've just done my second day of PE gym with hope.

Just few problems:
_My penis got hard every times i touch it :))
_I don't have ideal warm-source and lube
_My penis points to the floor when it erects, can it be solved?

JP, the 90 day routine is nice. Just what I was looking for.

However, I do have one question. On the V-Jelqs, does 1 REP count as one V-Jelq straight up, one to the right and one to the left? Or are these individual reps each? I tried looking for this answer in the thread, but had a hard time finding it if it was answered. Thanks in advance.

JonPop: I see you joined in Feb 08, have you reached your goal you set when you joined?

Do not use soap to Jelq with. If the only place you have to do your exercises is in the shower, use baby oil or Vaseline, something that won't wash off while you Jelq. If outside the shower, use a good water based lotion.

I joined the PE Gym in Feb of 08, I have actually been PEing since late in 2002 and serious into the exercises since 3/13/03. I have been a member of BetterMan for almost 7 years. When I joined the Gym, I had already reached and exceeded my goals. (jP

Awesome stuff. Thanks for the 2nd point as well!! Started off doing these slow, but will adjust accordingly. Now let's see if this sh*t works!! (will get back in 3 months :) )

Thanks JonPop! I will start your outlined exercise routine on Monday (give me some time to heal) and follow it down to the "T". When I do progress is this outline something I should stick to as well as incorporate other workouts with this? I have been taking L-arginine a while for my workout. I will pick up some L-lysine today as well as b-complex an vasoline. Thanks for all the help! Hopefully some day I can be in the 8x6 club. I'm sure I'll have more questions later. I will keep up with this forum there are a lot of things to be learnt here.

barndoggie, stick with the routine. Don't try to incorporate anything new until you are fully conditioned. 90 days. Good luck. (jP

I've been doing these wrong all along then?

What I've been doing is 10 reps straight, 10 left & 10 right.
Is that good or bad?

JonPop: Man, that L-lysine stuff had my veins popping out like I was on roids when I worked out today. I'm curios to see what it will do to me further down the road. Again, Thanks for all the help. So what are your current stats are you still aiming higher?

The other effect of this pe gym is that you'll feel horny :D

But I read some informations that masturbation wouldn't be good for the growth. So, how can you get over this? (without masturbate)

I have completed my 5th day of your routine. Definitely feel it work my penis more than the newbie routine. I especially like the circle stretch and v jelqs. Will report back to your thread when I have competed your 90 day routine.

How important are the supplement to your program. Do you highly recommend that we take the supplements or can we still get excellent gains with using it.

hitting a plateau

hitting a plateau

Hey JP I have been using your newbie routine here for about 2 1/2 months now. I started off with all posative PI's at worst nuetral PI's. I have been going about it at a 2 day on 1 day off average. Within this last week or so I have noticed some signs of a possible plateau. What do you reccomend here? Should I up the routine to 5 days on 1 day off? should I advance to your advanced newbie routine? keeping in mind I have gone 3 days straight before I took a break and the day I took a break I felt like I could have exercised on that day. I have been paying attention to my body and whether its weight training or PE training I have a very fast recovery rate. Any feed back what so ever would be much appreciated I have been following your routine to a tee and would like to continuing using your advice.

This seems like quite a basic routine, with the V jelqs added on - can you go wrong with this? I also warm up by taking my shower head off and keeping it on my penis for 5-10 minutes while I do some light stretches, is this a suitable warm up and warm down?

Hey Joe, The shower warm up and warm down is great. As for it being a basic routine, thats the whole idea. It's for you to condition your self so you don't get hurt with some advanced routine or exercise.

Can anyone help with my earlier post I have been experiencing a plateau here and I need to know whether I should up my routine from the current 2 day on 1 day off to a 4-5 day on 1 day off or just advance to JP's advanced begginers routine

i've been trying to read your 90 day beginner routine several times now, im not bad at english but i have some dificulties understanding some of the terms you use in it. Therefore i would like to ask a few questions.
wtf is tug, and loss of tug? i read the word explenation but i didn't really understand?
What do you mean when you ex. write (6:00), is it the degree you should hold the penis in a form of clockwork explenation or?
