Twinlab has a bottle of just L-Arginine and one of L-Arginine + L-Ornithine combined. Did a little reading and learned that L-Ornithine "initiates the release of growth hormone in the body." (quoted from bodybuilding.com) Would the combination of the two be the better one to get?

While the combination is good for growth hormone release, it is the arginine that promotes blood flow the most ,so for our purpose the arginine is the preference.

A bit confused

A bit confused

I really want to try this routine out but I am slightly confused by what you mean.

What do the numbers denote? For example is the 6:00 six minute, seconds or times - please excuse my ignorance I just want to make sure that I get it right.

Thanks

Kain

Abithebest: The numbers correlates to the direction of where your penis "tugs" back when you kegel. If you stretch straight out and it tugs, your tug is at 9 "O'clock". If your penis tugs also straight up, (12 O'clock), then you should do your exercises against the tug (downwards.)

If you don't feel any tug in any directions, your LOT is 6 or less. The theory says you should do all exercises against the tug. But it's just a theory ;()

So I tried this routine for the first time today. I felt a slight aching while I was jelquing which I attributed to muscle burn. One thing I fail to do is maintain a full 70% erection, after about 5 full jelq reps my penis begins to go soft and I have to re-harden it after about 10 reps. I have jelqed on and off before, the incorrect way, is this why its hard for me to maintain a hard enough penis? Or am I squeezing too hard? Another question is, my penis is full and flaccid when I finish the entire work out, but slowly returns to its normal flaccid state after about 5 minutes. Is this OK? Or should it be full for the rest of the day?

I wasn't able to maintain the correct erection percentage either in the beginning. It takes a little time to get used to doing the exercise. You'll most likely get it in a week or so. If your feeling pain after the session you could be gripping to hard or just an after effect from doing a lot of jelqs. Stay on top of your kegels, don't over think it and you'll be surprised before you know it.

Your on your way to success.

I tried some edging tonight and all I can say is wow. After 1 day of the routine I definitely felt a fuller and harder erection, as if I had taken viagra or some other drug.
Thanks for the encouragement. And the erection lasted for quite a bit after ejaculation.

Hey, im new to PE and this was an awesome, very thorough post you wrote JP. Today was the first day I started on your 90 Day beginner routine and just wanted to ask you some questions if you dont mind. My first question is I cannot feel a tug when I stretch my penis downward, so when i do the basic stretch as you explained above, should i only do it in the directions of (straight out, and straight up)? My second question is when I jelq, i reach an erection of about 60-80% but after about 10-15 jelqs my penis softens up its erection but it still feels as if the blood is still trapped, so do I continue with the state my penis is on or should i pause and reach the erection level i started with? My last and final question is at what erection level should I be in when i do the "V" jelq? Thanks in advance and i hope you (JP) and all others will take the time to assist a new member. BTW: I'm 18yrs old, I live in NY,NY and sadly my starting stats are as follows:
EL: 5"
EG: 5 1/4"

Goal for now:
EL: 6 1/2
EG: 5 3/4

* I would really like to first increase on my length though and was wondering if your 90 day routine is more towards length or girth?

just a couple more questions:

1) is one V-jelq rep two strokes (one for each hand), like the Wet jelq? sorry, it didn't explicitly say and i'm unsure.

2) my erection quality seems to be a lot worse now that i've started. i find it tricky to actually keep it up while doing the routine. any tips or will this even out naturally as the penis adapts to the changes?

3) how long should this routine usually take? i average around 50 minutes.

cant you damage your winky if you stretch??

Of course you can Epicfailguy. If you are pretending that you are the anchor at the back of a "tug of war" team, then yes, you most certainly will do damage. If you research, listen to your body and take it easy to begin with, then no, you shouldn't damage your winky.
