isn't 1 rep v-jelq is the same we do wet jelq..
just from the pubic slide until before glans..
how to do v-jelq i dont get it.

What's a repetition depends for me. With a regular O.K. grip Wet Jelq two hands, one stroke each, counts as one rep (12 seconds). Whereas a V-Jelq is three three directions \ | / for a count of one rep (12 seconds again). I think the reason why JP and others count reps like this is because of the shape of the hand and so if you just did a jelq with one hand you would be giving one side of the penis more of a workout than the other. Which is why a jelq requires two hands to be done properly.

To not over train your self and follows a someone routine, always be on the caution side, 1 jelq = 1 rep. But Since JP's was a popular routine, 1rep was equal to 1 complete cycle of V jelq, It is not a V jelq unless you completed the three jelq.

ah damn it.. i do the wrong v-jelq for almost 2 weeks..
i'm just make some metal finger that shaped like V and jelq like the wet jelq and not changing direction..

oh and what is this mean : About 3 or 4 seconds per rep
is this mean one hand is jelqing 3-4 sec OR left+right hand = 3-4 sec??

and when doing v-jelq is there any time limit.. like for wet jelq it is 3-4 sec right??
what about v-jelq??

hey guys.. if you have a LOT of 6:00, and you say hanging may not be as effective for us with that LOT, what if you hang upwards? like maybe keeping it pulled upwards for the duration of hanging downwards?

i dont know just kind of a random thought, ha.

3-4 second both hands and the same 4 sec for v jelq left+v jelq right

Don't worry about your LOT. It's not important. Hang like you normally would - straight down - and eventually you'll have what you're working on!

Hi Jon and thanks for making this guide , I'm new to PE and I've been following your routine for the past 2 weeks(sun-thur on , fri-sat off) and I have a few questions.

- Would you advise any extra kegel exercise besides the '25 quick kegels while stretching' ? even though it's not "easy" for me to do I don't feel like I've been getting any better at kegeling these last two weeks , I can barely hold the contraction for 2 seconds :(

- How do you feel about adding edging/ballooning after finishing the routine ?

When I started three months ago, I couldn't hold a kegel for more than a couple of seconds either. Now I can hold it for as long as I want. You'll get better with practice. Don't fret! Just keep doing them the best you can and you'll get better at it.

Ron, 500 Kegels a week is plenty enough to start. Finish the full 90 days and then go off and do whatever you want. Your penis will be fully conditioned for any exercises you might want to try.

I have LOT at 6 and i feel tug at 12 and 9 does this mean it will take more time for me to see the gains. Thanks

Thanks for your motivating words.

I think i have low EQ, i dont get my morning wood dont even know when i lost it. But during Jelq after few strokes becomes soft, any suggestions should i improve EQ first and then start this 90 days programme??

For uncut guys, do you jelq with the foreskin pulled back or should I jelq with the foreskin? I'm assuming with, so the skin stretches as well???

For VJELQS...should the erection be 60-70% like the jelqS?
For VJELQS...do you excercise left-center-right? Would all 3 directions be 1 repitition?

For the first two days, I did a total of 50 wet jelqs and 30 vjelqs. I'm a bit paranoid of overworking out and causing injury. Has anyone had any issues starting off with 150 wets and 90 v jelqs?

After the VJELQS...should I do any stretching or maybe heli shakes?

How many hours should I wait to have sex/ejaculate?

This is an excellent routine......You have the same LOT as me. I do the bulk of my jelging at 12 but do mix it up down to 9 and 6 occasionally as well as left and right with no problems. Do the stretching at all positions 360 degrees.

For the 10 circle stretches, should I kegel as well?
I tried kegeling while rotating with not much success but I did learn to stop at intervals and kegal during the rotation.

From what I've read on uncut guys in the forum, you'd be better off pulling the skin back for stretching, however its important to jelg from the base of your penis so you might have to use a two hand method where you clamp the base with one hand.

All I can say here is be very careful and start out slowly as the routine suggest

Its always good to get the blood moving again with shakes and light stretches or squeezes.

How many hours should I wait to have sex/ejaculate?
If you can get some right now get it man!! Though you may find out your unit needs more time to recover for sex, the only way to find out is go for it. The erection nor the ejaculation will hurt you unless you've damaged something exersizing.

I've been on it since a few days prior to 15 May 09 and I don't count those first few days as I was clumsy in my routine. Once I got it down, it I remained faithful and dedicated as I still am.

I feel I have got it down but havent noticed any changes as of yet, measuring is Friday so I will see then. I added 30 JAI stretches and did the stretching twice over befire the jelqs. Have you followed the routine on page 1 exactly?

I did the first few weeks and I was using too much force, then started experimenting slightly adding more stretches and more jelgs with less force. I changed from a hot cloth to a rice sock for heat ups which really helped and I also added supplements that were not on the list.
