I am trying to understand the basis difference between wet jelqing and v jelqs. Is the difference one uses lube and one doesn't?

Next, do what are called "V" Jelqs. These are done by using the V between your middle and next finger. Cup your hand and slide up the shaft with your fingers curled toward your belly and the underside of your shaft resting in the "V". The fingers should be riding on the sides of your shaft. Make sure you use lots of lube as you want to slide smoothly for these exercises. When you reach the glans, start your other hand up. These are a great exercise for Head Girth, Overall Girth and Stretching.

Sorry for the confusion but how is this different from the wet jelqing?

Wet Jelqing is usually done straight out. "V" Jelqs are done pulling up toward your chin.
Wet Jelqs use the O.K. grip. "V" Jelqs use only the "V" between the 3rd and 4th fingers on the underside and sides of the shaft. Hope this helps.

Ok. I need my initial measurements and the first set of stretching and exercises at the gym during lunch.
BPFSL 4.5"
BPEL 7.0"

FG 3.75"
EG 4.75"

I would LOVE to get my BPEL to 8" but that may be too optimistic.

I decided to warm up in the steam room with hot towels as suggested. I was lucky since I was alone in the steam room. Since i was alone I decided to do the exercises there as well. No issues. The helicopter shakes went ok except I had a hard time not getting an erection. I hadn't done Kegels in a long time but again no issues. I then went to the wet jelging and V Jelqs and those too seemed intuitive except for my erections. I hope this gets eAsier over time.
Do you think my goal is too aggresive?

i'm starting from 5" BPEL and wanna build my tower until 9"..
i dunno how many century will i spend until i could finish my dream.. hahaha..
but i'm sure if i do PE correctly and patiently, i could make it look like a billiard sticks.. :)
just believe in ur self dude... haha
btw.. for da master.. can i ask.. how many inch is the maximum can we gain from PE..
is there any limit or the penis can keep growing if you keep PEing??

and for Jonpop, if i do wet jelq and v jelq while i'm sitting and i direct it to my chin is it allright??

The amount of growth is Proportionate to the amount of effort. PERIOD.

Question for new guy

Just started the excersizes this week and also bought the book. The book is great but there are some differences as the the beginning routine. The book never mentions the v gelqs. Any idea why this is? Should I follow website routine or book routine?

Go with Aaron Kemmer's book, you can always add "V" Jelqs after you are better conditioned.

i mean double all the set(2 set of all direction stretch+heli+10 big circle stretch)

and how many seconds are we need to do for each direction stretch?? ex: 30 sec for left stretch, 30 sec for right, etc.
or there's no time limit, just count to 25 kegels and the stretch is finished..

No. do the routine the way it's written for the full 90 days.

Yes, as you hold the stretch, do 25 quick Kegels. That is the timing for each stretch.
This will give you 100 Kegels for the day. Enough to start, until you finish the routine.

when usually we can see the gains..

Don't be so anxious. Gains will come. One week is not nearly long enough to see any improvement except maybe in EQ.
Yes, do slow Jelqs, with both hands counting as one rep.

what should i do then??
add more stretch out and up exercise? or just stay with the usual routine?

I have also began the program and love the attitude that it is not all about size but also total health of the penis. In the short time I have been using the beginner routine I feel a much healthier penis is at play. I really appreciate the pioneer efforts of the many senior members of this site, with special kudos to JonPop as I see him as my personal guru. I have read this entire thread and he is very patient and nurturing to all us new guys (even when rediculous questions are being asked about helicopter shakes...hey the description made perfect sense to me). I do have a question. When you are taking "off" days to rest and allow penis growth time, do you do any type of penile stretching or "pee-pulls"? I know to continue kegels but the urge to stretch and pee pull is also very strong. Any ideas on the benifit or harm in this on an off day?

I started PE with the beginner routine posted on the pegym beginner guide (done for about 2-3 weeks) and from the 1st of july I switched to JP beginner routine.
I have some questions about Pi because i'm not sure if I'm overtraining:
I'm doing the routine 2on 1 off but I have not great NW and MW.
I feel the routine is ok and I'm trying to masturbate less during this 3 month so I stay all the day with a good sex desire but i haven't frequent erections.
I have a girlfriend and sex with her seems improved: we do it twice a week on average and I have hard erections and i can see the first gain too in lenght and girth! Not a lot but I think it's ok and I will be patient.

The point is: I have less NW, MW and erections duing the day but I have no problem with sex and I can see some first gains..

What should I do? Less pe work or stay with the two on one off program?

Another thing on jelq:

VJelq: 1 stroke = 1 rep ----> 1 stroke x 30.

Jelq: I do 50 strokes not 1 left hand + 1 right and = 1 stroke

What is right?

If you can still have an erection and no turtling, I guess its fine, don't worry to much about the wood, try sleeping plenty. Since you can enggage to an intercourse I don't think you are over traning. Goodluck:D
