No, best use a heating pad or a rice sock.

And keeping your testicles warmed for too long is not good. :)

Why is that? I also heard that warm showers for the genital region is not good, yet cold ones are... Elaborate?

Not enough heat for a proper warmup for PE, but too much heat for your testicles which prefer to be at a few degrees lower than your body temperature, thats why they are not inside the body, and also the reason the scrotum expands in reaction to heat, to keep them at low temp.

Heat negatively affects the testis and their production of testosterone and sperm.

I used to warm up under shower and it was pretty hard to go overboard with temperature of the water.

I switched to using a heating pad and it is much better as far as spreading heat and it is pretty discrete also :)

Been one month of jelqing now, did some casual jelqing for a bout a week then started JP90, a week or two into it found out i was v jelqing wrong lol. SO only about 1-2 weeks or proper JP90, but have made .2" girth, and 0.6" length gains. Quite happy, starting to feel meatier in my hand which is great, girlfriend gave some compliments too before I told her what i was doing.

I just started this routine today but I don't know how long should I take a break after finish the 90 days. And also can I use Soap instead of lubricant ?

Nope never use soap. I would suggest Almond oil or Coconut oil :D

Do you mean breaks between workouts?

It depends on what type of schedule your doing in Jp 90 but make sure you have 24 hours between each of your workouts.

Please READ THIS if you haven't already done so, and pay close attention to the safety section.

Soap irritates your skin and is not recommended for lubrication, please take a look at the following thread for a better lube advice.

What extras did ypu add to your rotine .those gains are amazing for 6 months work
I'd throw in some compression, clamps vjelqs.. all kinds of stuff depends on how i felt. Some days id be really into it and do like an hr of pe throughout the day other days id be hard pressed to do 15min of pe. I think the most important part is just to do it every day no matter what and not gonna lie- there were days where my pecker ached but i still kept at it

I wouldn't go that far all at once, squeezes are good and give great results.

Want to start this tonight but im unsure of the stretches, they arent very descriptive. if I grip with the ok grip I cant press it into the thigh because my thumb or fingers is in the way underneath it. can I just push my dick on my thigh instead?

So I recently started jp90. Ended date will be April 23. So during the stretches I'm suppose to be completely flaccid? I was around 20% erect and did the stretches and they felt like they were actually getting stretched whereas when I'm completely flaccid I rarely feel any stretch.

Stretches should be performed at complete flaccid, or as flaccid as you can get. :becky:

Don't pull too hard too, just enough to feel a stretch, do not try to pull it out. :D

Also, don't consider an end to your routine, keep following it for as long as you are gaining even after the first 90 days, only after you stop gaining you may tweak it. :D

Hi.I've been searching and reading this forum for weeks and I think the best pe method for a begginer like me is jp90.But I have a big problem,my english is very bad and I hardy understand the routine and Im afraid I've misunderstood it. Is there a video showing all the proper jp90's workouts? I guess it is a need cause many men in world desire to get their penis bigger in natural ways like jp90 but many of them like me don't fully understand the first post and may damage their manhood. Thanks in advance and sorry if my grammar was not good, I did my best to write correctly :)
