I need to post the sum of all my questions so I'm confident I'm getting this right, and i can start without causing any injuries and having set backs.
So the recommended 1st page routine briefly is:
Warm-Up of 8-10 mins of a rice sock placed on the penis
Stretching which includes 3 rounds of alternating helicopter shakes and kegels
Main program consisting 3 SuperSets of Wet Jelqsand V-Jelqs each set of 50 jelqs and 30 V-jelqs
And Warm Down
-Am i getting this right?
-BTW On the "excercise your penis" book i read that it is better to use a cool down instead, and apply cold instead of warmth at the end of the workout. Shouldnt that make more sense?
-Since my penis is curved, should i practice side jelqs instead of regular jelqs to fix the curve as well?
-Also since i'm uncircumsized i read its better to use one hand to hold down foreskin and the other to jelq. Does this mean double the jelqs for me? Like 100 single handed jelqs and 60 v-jelqs?
-How often should i practice these exercises? It says like 5 days. Does it matter if they're consecutive?
