Two tiered Judicial System indeed. The Republicans use it to maintain power and the Democrats want it to use it to continue the rule of law.

Either they arrest the Obama's, Clinton tons and Bidens or let Trump Go.

That is the only way it can be equal

No evidence that the e-mails involved national security secrets such as nuclear information or Department of Defense strategies.

33,000 emails, possession of classified documents, there is a rather long list of things.
We went through that already in post #345 and #348. Specifically, what crimes were committed that they should be charged with? Being an idiot (they pass that test) and lacking integrity (check!) are not crimes so what would the charges be?

James Comey seems to disagree with you.
From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail (that is, excluding the later “up-classified” e-mails).
Now that is exactly what Comey said about what Hillary had on an unsecured server in her home. Did they contain nuclear codes or defense info? Well maybe but they can't tell you because they're secret. So according to you you can have topp secret info in a non secure place but it depends on what the top secret stuff is. That makes sense. It does?

It is not a question of whether the information was eventually determined to be classified. It is a question of whether it was known at the time and it wasn't. I don't make the laws and the whole handling of documents process is ridiculous and problematic. But she did break a law. Poor judgement? Weak ethics? Sure. But not criminal.

I didn't read the entire thread over.

My point is this, they have all definately broken the laws.

Either they all get a pass or they all have charges pressed, each and every one of them that violated any law whether it's a private server violation or possession of classified documents, its every violation or none.

This is purely a political persecution.

And for the record, I'm not a fan of Trump, gave that up around 2018

But if you're going to say that each and every one of them have broken the law, you have to point to the law that was broken. The indictment against Trump identifies specifically which crimes were alleged to have been committed. Specifically what crimes did the others commit?

And for the record, I'm not a fan of H Clinton or Biden, never was ;)

The law that was broken by all; you cannot remove classified documents from a secure location. You cannot have them in your garage, on unsecured server in your bathroom or stuffed in a closet in some fancy place. That is law. Now people want to forget that LAW THAT WAS BROKEN if you're a nice person and give them back when asked. If you don't then you break law 2 by not giving them back. You see it's okay if you break law 1 as long as you don't break law 2. So if I steal your car for a while but bring it back then it was okay to steal your car. Hey I brought it back.

It’s not so much the removal of documents that is concerning, it’s lying about having them (national defense strategies and nuclear secrets), concealing them, and refusing to return them - obstruction of Justice - that makes the difference.

Oh my friend what to do with you.
What top secret documents could Hillary have had? Who know they're top secret and Comey was smart enough not to list what was in them only that they were top secret. She may have had even more scary stuff then Trump and it wise not to say anything. The fact that some bubblehead had to say Trump had the nuclear codes was just a way to throw dirt on Trump. I'm sure you're aware that the nuke codes are changed daily and sometimes up to three times a day so whatever code Trump had doesn't work but why let small details get in the way.
And just like I thought you completely ignored the first crime. Taking classified document out of a secure setting is a crime. How do you ignore that crime? In fact between Trump,Pence Biden and Hillary the one that has any leeway in removing classified stuff is Trump because it seems presidents have different powers.
So is it your contention that anyone can remove classified stuff as long as they give it back? That's against the law and I thought democrats for for the rule of law! Please explain.

for the fourth time in this thread, it’s the concealing, lying about them, and refusing to return them that has Trump in deep trouble. What do you not understand about that? on a lower level, it’s the EspionageAct, not the Presidential Records act that is cited in the indictment.

I am not talking about the indictment. You have too much Trump in your head. What is the origin of the investigations of Trump, Hillary, Biden and Pence? It was the unlawful removal of documents from a secure area. It's against the law to do that. If you are for the rule of law then there has to be some penalty for all of the above for breaking the law.Why would there be any investigation if a law hadn't been broken? They want to find out how they got them out of the secure area? Go ask them. They are investigating the breaking of a law designed to keep secret stuff safe. But breaking that law for any of the above is okay with you?

They were all investigated for having taken classified documents from a secure area. Biden, Pence, and Trump by special prosecutors and Hillary by the FBI. Biden, Pence, and Hillary were found not to have committed a crime to an extent an indictment was warranted. However, Jack Smith, a Republican was named the special prosecutor to investigate Trump‘s removal of documents and determined that his crime(s) reached a level warranting an indictment.

I was once pulled over by a cop for running through a red light Which is against the law. However, after not arguing with him but rather explainEd that I thought it was orange and not red when I drove through, he let me go with a warning. Had I argued and lied about it being green, I am sure I would have received a ticket.

Nope. That’s what people are misunderstanding about that case. As I previously said… It is not a question of whether the information was eventually determined to be classified. It is a question of whether it was known to be at the time and it wasn't. That’s precisely why the investigation’s conclusion was that no law was broken.
