I started doing 5 days on 2 off and it was too much for me. I stopped getting morning wood and I felt like something was off. But everyones different. For me the added rest made a difference. If you feel like you may be overdoing it switch to a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off routine. Basically workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday being rest days.

*** Update ***
- Today marks the halfway point for my routine this month so I decided to measure:

BPEL: 7.5
NBPEL: 7.1
EG: 5.0

Needless to say, I'm upset. I had a feeling during these two weeks that my girth was off. My workouts would go fine I just didn't feel like I was doing much to effect my girth. I'm glad I've gained another .1" to both NBPEL and BPEL however the only one I really care to gain in, I lost .2"! I have decided to modify my routines now to see if I can focus more on my Tunica (which I believe may be holding me back) and girth better. They will now look like this:

- 5 min warm up
- 6 x 30 sec Tunica tug
- 3 x 30 sec Internal Stretch
- 100 3 sec Rotating Jelqs
- 100 3 sec V-Jelqs
- 1 x 30 sec Double Uli
- 1 x 10 3 sec V-Jelq
- 1 x 30 sec Double Uli
- 1 x 10 3 sec V-Jelq
- 1 x 30 sec Double Uli
- 5 min warm down

and the other routine will be the same with Compressor substituted for the Ulis. Please anyone let me know what you think, or if anyone has experienced a loss in girth like this. Thanks for reading.

Fuck mate! I am sorry to hear that. Losing gains is not fun at all. I have been reading the TGC Theory too and trying to decide what is my problem and area I should be focusing on.

So if you focus on your tunica, you should stretch more thus more length exercises. What did you change besides the ulis to compressors? I noticed that tunica tugs are now 6 instead of 3. Do you increase other stretch sets/durations at all?

I will measure in 1.5 weeks and I actually think I might be in the same situation as you - I have been focusing on smooth muscle, trying to gain girth and keeping the erections rock hard. But if I fail to see gains, I will change my routine again. More on tunica.

Relax now Impala! I am sure you can figure this out mate. I will help you and we will find a solution and make the girth gains come back again.

Thanks for the support man. I'm thinking about incorporating some stretches, i.e. the 5 Way stretch. One thing I did not think of was the fact that I got pretty drunk last night. I stopped drinking around 3 AM. Then I was up and decided to measure around 11 AM. Do you think that would have an effect at all?

Yeah! I think getting drunk might have had an effect. It affects on getting it up so it might be possible that it has affected you still in the morning when you measured. Let's hope it is like that because your routine really looks okay. I don't see anything wrong with it and considering that you gained so much last month, it would be weird if you went backwards now at this point.

Are you going to measure again when sober or finish the month? If you decide to add the stretches, I would recommend just normal stretches all 5 directions as you mentioned already. Basic stretching should do the trick!

I'm going to measure again tomorrow morning before my workout. I just want to double check to see if it was just a bad day or if I really did lose .2". We'll see and I'll definitely be letting you know. I appreciate the support man. I'm pretty upset about this.

Still went pretty well and I do feel like the Rotating Jelqs and V-Jelqs in place of the O-Bends will help me. Elias like I was saying I'm trying to target my Tunica. How do you think this routine is at doing that? What should I change?

I think you are pretty nicely targeting your tunica. Tunica tugs are directly focusing on the tunica and the normal stretches should stretch it too. So yeah, those will definitely focus on your tunica. I answered your question in my log too. I am definitely in favor of different jelqs so I give thumbs up for V-jelqs and rotating jelqs replacing O-bends now in your routine.

EDIT: Have you thought about increasing your warm-up time to at least 10 minutes? With better warm-up you could get more out of your stretches and thus focus more efficiently on tunica.

Elias I'm going to see how the change in routine works out for me, however I am thinking about increasing warm-up time. But check it out. Must've been an off day, plus it felt like I kept fucking up my measurements. Anyway here's my new mid-month numbers:

BPEL: 7.5
NBPEL: 7.1
EG: 5.3

I meaured it multiple times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Needless to say I'm way fucking pumped! That means at my halfway point gains are like this:

BPEL: +.1"
NBPEL: +.1"
EG: +.1"

That EG gain is the one I'm most pumped about. I guess the alcohol + bad measuring caused the drop. Whatever I'm just glad I didn't lose girth. Thanks for the moral support for that brief period Elias haha!

*** Off Day ***

- Just did a 15 minute Balloon session with some Jelqs mixed in. Felt great. I bought a clamp yesterday and I'm thinking about incorporating some into my workouts. Anyone have any suggestions for a person new to clamping?

Hey mate! I just came from a day off (also online day off) and read your log. Man, you are pumped! Really nice to see that your are back on the track! Happy for your gains too! Definitely the alcohol was messing with your numbers there. I have been trying some clamping. Really carefully though. And yeah, it really makes a penis fat as hell!

- I. Love. PE. Earlier today I had THE MOST INTENSE SEX I've ever had with my girlfriend. I noticed that she was actually able to get off with just me pumping. No clit stimulation whatsoever.
