I am starting this log as a continuation of my long thread at thunders and MOS.
As background, I started PE circa 1998. After many years of progress and application of standard methods, I gained accordingly, until around 2008 in which my gains seemed to have stopped. A homework started of trying multiple approaches, techniques, tools, all unsuccessfully. It took me years to identify that the problem was the septum.
Many self proclaimed gurus insist that there are techniques to enlarge the septum. All of which they are lies. Anybody who try conventional methods and enlarge the septum, means only one thing: They have not reach the toughening of the septum, i.e. the dead end. Once the septum toughens, you can hand an airplane from it, it will not grow, it will only become stronger. It seems to be a natural genetic mechanism of limitation in which after years of exercising and tension, this septum stops extending and becomes thicker and stronger to sustain the weight.
This is how I realized that the conventional approaches are incorrect in the sense that they tend to increase tension or weight in order to force gains. Although this approach will generate initial gains, in the mid-long term it creates the tough septum which becomes the limiting factor. The dead end.
I spent years reading about the septum and possible ways to work around. Until around 4-5 years ago, a few pioneers started proposing a new novel approach. Ultrasound. It was here at PEGym, thunders, where these few users started debating, discussing and testing the UltraSound technology to loosen collagen fibers and re-model the Extracellular matrix or ECM. I carefully started following and reading these threads for years.
Finally, this topic narrowed down due to natural selection, allowing some brilliant humans to apply their knowledge, experience and science to come up with literature and proven methods. Above all of them, Kyrpa. Without discrediting many others such as manko, tutt, and others too.
In 2020, the conditions were perfect due to the pandemic and low volume of work to finally try it. And it succeeded.
My initial BPFSL was 22cm. After the first period of Ultrasound I successfully increased almost a full inch of BPFSL from 22cm to 24cm.
During my second period in 2021, the goal was very ambitious, but succeeded once again. I was able to reach 10 inches or 25.4cm of BPFSL.
I have to mention, my whole focus and approach is on BPFSL. I have not put efforts not work on BPEL. Why? Because my BPFSL and the septum became my limiting factor for over a decade. My whole quest nowadays is to extend the septum enough to create that future potential for BPEL. Anecdotal experience shows that BPEL strats to follow after BPFSL, but that is not my focus at this point in time. I strongly believe that by creating a longer septum, then it is possible to close the gap between BPFSL and BPEL with standard methods of PE.
As this requires understanding of physiology, we cannot extend just the septum forever. It comes to a point in which the septum itself grows to a point in which the tunica itself becomes the limiting factor. In this case methods such as hanging, stretching, jelquing could be beneficial to extend the tunica.
With all this being said, I am preparing to start a third period of UltraSound. I expect to have lost some BPFSL since the second period was in 2021, over a year ago.
There are many more details involved that I will gladly share with everybody, but I wanted to leave this preamble here before I start posting the data of daily therapy sessions.
