I lift every day. Unfortunately I don't have a good frame for body building. However, I have a good frame for fitness modeling, but I would much rather be able to ger huge... I could have been a much hotter lady, with my build.

I'm 6' (183cm ish) and 155lb (like 68kg). I'm like 5% bodyfat, and can't seem to gain more.

40 in hips...? I am fat, and 36 in hips.Waist appears narrow enough for you to be very curvy.

That's good to know :) Yeah, they're huge - 'child bearing hips' as my grandad says. Most of it's bone but I do put fat and muscle on quicker in my lower body.

Can I steal your body and put boobs on it bone to pick? ;)

I already get boobs put on my body daily, but possibly not in the way you meant.

LOL i've often thought that about myself. :biggrin1: I'm 5,11 at present about 160lbs and i'm currently losing bodyfat to get a sixpack. My waist goes tiny when trying to get a six pack and at present i have stats of 40-27-38.

So i basically have stats of a playboy bunny. :biggrin1:

Lifting everyday will not allow your body enough recuperation time to add mass.

Try a 2 day on 1 day off routine!

It has worked for me both times.

A short time ago I was 205 at 5'8" and single digit BF. Mid last year I changed my workouts to lower my mass and now I'm a svelte 180!

Rest = Gains!

It seems you and i have very different ideas when it comes to fat and thin. This is thin -

You seem to be under the impression that i get off by calling you fat.I do not.

I will leave you to your devices, and only the good lord knows whether you will bulk up quick.

As for getting laid...if you thought men would pass on a woman because of " large thighs " you are mistaken.

Yes, you appear to think 'thin' means 'walking bag of bones' and 'fat' means 'medically accepted healthy weight'.

I'm sorry, did my Amazonian size confuse your idea of little petite things with no body insulation? Sorry we're not all Princesses, love ;)

Anyway, quit derailing my thread with this before I haul my (perfectly normal) ass into 'feminist' mode. I turn like the Hulk, but pink instead of green.

Was she pink? Because I need to watch the movie if she was pink. Then possibly make GIFs out of it.

For me thin - Lean with low muscle mass.average - Lean with medium mass.Well Built - Lean with proportional, larger mass.

Be proud of your proportions, i do not judge anyone.

I think I just found new fitness inspiration. Holy babe, Batman! And look, big thighs! :specool:

I'm damn proud of them. I worked pretty hard for them after all! Some women have love handles, I have safety railings - because people have to hold on tight and pray when they meet me ;) I turn into 7ft of gloriousness and mayhem and go about stomping on bad people and fighting crime.

See how suggestible I am? That picture literally makes me feel better about life. Thanks for sending it! :training1:

I just want to post something here to clear up this whole 'overweight' issue then I want this ridiculousness to stop.

Height weight chart - Live Well - NHS Choices

This is a height-weight chart. It details what is considered underweight, a healthy weight and over weight in the UK. Let's take Camaro's PM example that I should be 59kg - that's the lowest possible healthy weight for someone at 5"9. I'm 6". I think this notion of 140lbs being somehow overweight stems from the numbers people are used to seeing on shorter ladies. Tall women have more muscle, more bone, more fat, more everything; because we have more of a surface area to spread it over. This naturally means that we weigh more. Anybody that covered ratios and scaling in maths at school knows that a smaller and larger object can be different numbers yet still in complete proportion to one another.

Think about it in men's terms. Would you expect a 5"9 bloke to weigh the same as a 6"0 guy?
