Upped my water intake recently since I've not been drinking enough. I usually feel a lot tighter and more energetic when I'm getting enough fluids. Mostly been running and doing some stretches and started dry body brushing too for circulation and lymphatic drainage. Thrown a few kegals into my daily routine to keep the pelvic floor strong. I have to get a few essays out of the way and a skills test for my training course before I can give proper dedication to lifting.
If you are hard pushed for time to fit in your workouts you should do intermittent bursts throughout the day. Like do 1 minute of push-ups as fast as you can until failure, and then just go back to what you were doing. And just do this throughout the day. My mate used to do this type of thing every time he would go to the toilet and got very fit quickly. Obviously, you can mix up what exercises you do but it would be good to get you started. Also, you can kegel while you are studying
