Hey, Heretohelp, about a week ago I got my Lady on the bench. Wanted to start warming her up for bench pressing. My stuff is olympic and my main barbell is 45lbs aprox. ____so I got her in position and had her bench the bar. WOW- what a struggle for her. I helped her and she did about 3 presses. Ever since, her right rear shoulders been sore/spasmy/achy. Her physical condition is far from where it should be....but so is mine right now. My point,,,,,,start slow,,,,but START NOW. Start with a warmup (bike or treadmill or walk), benchpresses (light), learn to deadlift PROPERLY,,,,one of the BEST exercises ever.....and Squats too. Balance it with some military type presses and bent over rowing. You'll be on your road to being everything you wanna be very quickly. Once again,,,,,,check out Stronglifts 5x5 plan. It's the best in my opinion. ;-)
