Hi guys, a few years ago I tried jelqing, kegels and and stretches with initially some good results, however I got hit with HF. For the last year I’ve been doing DCT (not as consistently as I should have) and getting some positive physical indicators.
Basically I’m unsure now whether or not I have it, my penis does seem more elastic and ‘tougher’ which I’ve heard is a positive PE indicator, veins are bigger, EQ seems better (after the months of DCT) So I’m basically unsure now whether the changes I have are HF/pelvic floor tightness symptoms or ME/PE symptoms if this makes sense?
The only time my HF is very bad is when it’s cold, when I drink alcohol, and after ejaculation (a pelvic floor contraction). Unsure whether or not I’m somewhere in the middle of finally kicking this for good or not.
Any thoughts or anyone go through a similar thing?
