Hi guys, a few years ago I tried jelqing, kegels and and stretches with initially some good results, however I got hit with HF. For the last year I’ve been doing DCT (not as consistently as I should have) and getting some positive physical indicators.

Basically I’m unsure now whether or not I have it, my penis does seem more elastic and ‘tougher’ which I’ve heard is a positive PE indicator, veins are bigger, EQ seems better (after the months of DCT) So I’m basically unsure now whether the changes I have are HF/pelvic floor tightness symptoms or ME/PE symptoms if this makes sense?

The only time my HF is very bad is when it’s cold, when I drink alcohol, and after ejaculation (a pelvic floor contraction). Unsure whether or not I’m somewhere in the middle of finally kicking this for good or not.

Any thoughts or anyone go through a similar thing?

Many might think I’m crazy but I do plan on some day going back to PE/ME.

DCT is dynamic contraction technique, a form of physio or pelvic pain and HF (apparently, it remains to be seen if it fully heals HF although I have had positive results).

Me - male enhancement

No. However, I think I might be suffering from PIED :-/ no problem kicking porn though.

And I noticed you writing on another post about someone who could get hard while getting a blowjob but not vaginal sex? And you said it might be performance anxiety? I think I might be suffering from that too.

The anxiety in and of itself is likely contributing to the problem. This needs to be resolved in order for you to get back to normal functioning.

I agree and I know you’re not a medical doctor (although no doctor has ever heard of anything mentioned on this website) but what do you make of the rest of the symptoms and changes that I’ve mentioned. Thanks Al

What you describe above is quite typical and shouldn't be considered a sign of HF. The other changes you mentioned appear to be positive.

It could be you're overthinking this

Thanks again Al, I still get the odd perineum pain if lay off the physio for a few weeks though so I’m gonna keep going for a while until I’m sure I’m there.

Turtling is a natural reaction after ejac/cold temps/exercise. There is a difference between turtling and HF. Are you sure you have HF? How long does what your mentioning last after ejac?

Like Big Al mentioned, anxiety is killer. Relax bro. Start some yoga and learn to emphasize focus on your PF within relaxation. Believe it or not a lot of anxious people tense their PF, especially when anxious, and doing so just contributes to the anxiety.

Focus on relaxing the PF. If you can master that, your anxiety and PIED will vanish into thin air. Rewiring your brain to focus on pleasure, the stimulation, will also help. Porn is bullshit because it wires you to require a lot of visual stimulation to get erect, maintain erection, and even ejac. If you can reverse that back to the way nature intends it, your mind will be blown.

Hi Jay1983, Celdub

Does your HF used to remain in all positions ?
As of now, I am always flaccid while sitting, lying onback.
When I am standing I am lil chub and when I pick it up to have a look it gets flaccid.
I never used to keep a watch om flaccid before so mental thing too.

Even I am planning to do Pelvic relaxation exercises at least every weekend from now on.

Hi Celdub, how are you getting on now, and did you use the weight vest with the ab wheel to get a lot of progress?

Also have you managed to get your adductors, hamstrings etc loosened?
