MrB8, a quick question - I'm putting back together my routine for fixing my curve and so far it involves a bathmate and an extender. I did want to include tunica tugs and erect bends, but also fully respect their advanced requirements (especially the erect bends).
The question is: how do I go from novice to having 6 months' experience if my routine mainly revolves around using devices? I really want to give them time to work and straighten my penis before I start adding in manual exercises once it's straight. It's kind of a chicken and egg scenario. Any insight would be appreciated!
There are other intermediate to advanced length targeting exercises to do before Tunica Tugs:
1. A-Stretch
2. Bundled Stretch
As for straightening out your curve, from what I read, you can also do so by favoring stretching against the curve, that is focus on stretching the shorter CC chamber, if you curve to the left then pay more attention to right side stretches.
My personal advice is to exhaust all possible gains from manual before you use devices, but I see no reason why they cant supplement one another, there are many members on here who use both manual and devices in their routines, provided that they are conditioned enough of course.
