MrB8, a quick question - I'm putting back together my routine for fixing my curve and so far it involves a bathmate and an extender. I did want to include tunica tugs and erect bends, but also fully respect their advanced requirements (especially the erect bends).

The question is: how do I go from novice to having 6 months' experience if my routine mainly revolves around using devices? I really want to give them time to work and straighten my penis before I start adding in manual exercises once it's straight. It's kind of a chicken and egg scenario. Any insight would be appreciated!

There are other intermediate to advanced length targeting exercises to do before Tunica Tugs:

1. A-Stretch
2. Bundled Stretch

As for straightening out your curve, from what I read, you can also do so by favoring stretching against the curve, that is focus on stretching the shorter CC chamber, if you curve to the left then pay more attention to right side stretches.

My personal advice is to exhaust all possible gains from manual before you use devices, but I see no reason why they cant supplement one another, there are many members on here who use both manual and devices in their routines, provided that they are conditioned enough of course. :)

Yes, I read a post from Big Al somewhere else after I asked you that question, where he said manual exercises can be done alongside correcting a curve with devices. After I read that, I decided maybe I should do the JP90 in order to supplement the devices/increase my experience etc, and learn the physiology of my unit so I can go on to the more advanced exercises.

Thanks for the exercises, I haven't heard of the A-stretch so that's really useful info.

How can edging be related to either size increase or correcting a curve?

Thanks, I may have been thinking of a different definition of "edging".

I have a slight squiggle that curves to the left on the right side of the base, and to the right on the left side a bit higher up the base. It's barely noticeable, but how would I correct this?

Also, research use of vitamin E,

if you will do a google search for:
penis scar tissue vitamin e
you can find (claims/assertion, etc) on the effect of scar tissue softening, by use of vitamin E, in conjunction with exercises (stretching for example).

Great info! My member curves to the left from the mid-shaft up to the tip at about a 5% angle when erect and a noticeable 20-25% when flaccid and always falls to the left when I am sitting or just semi hard - gonna give this a go and track how long it takes to work with my regular beginner routine/conditioning

Great thread!

I need this as I have a slight bend to the right.

Which exercises should I target if I'm re-conditioning and trying to focus on length?

Cheers :)

Hi... I am doing the bathmate to correct my curvature. Can I do these exercises after or before the bathmate. Please let me know. Thanks

Interesting...somehow I never noticed this thread before.

The OP suggests the modified tunica tugs along with erect bend edging helped him.
I am in a maintenance phase of PE training, but I think I will add the Modified tunica tugs. (I already kind of do the erect bend edging, but will focus more on it now.)

Looking at the rundown on how to do these, it explains:
Take the index and middle fingers and make a ^ pointing down.
Press these against the pubic bone at the base of the shaft and squeeze.
With your other hand, grasp the shaft just behind the glans and as you stretch out, press hard with the ^ back into the pubic bone. Stretch out as hard as you can while pressing back as hard as you can. Squeeze the ^ tight and hold the stretch.

Ok, so the modified tug is like a normal tunica tug, but stretching the penis away from the curve, causing stress on the side with the curve.

Fine.

In the tunica tug 101 thread one member asks if "the ^ has to be pointing down?" Suggesting that he always did it from the side > or <, because it's easier and more comfortable. I wonder if that would be more effective in tackling the curve.

Or,

Wouldn't an OK grip accomplish the same thing? Another poster suggests that it "seems like what you're doing is pushing against your pelvis so the ligaments don't stretch and instead you stretch the tunica. Well with an OK grip you're also holding the side of your dick just as you would with an ^ grip."

I'm going to experiment with these to see how it goes. Will report back as I gain experience.

One week into the modified tugs:

I am alternating between aforementioned OK grip and the ^ grip.

1. I find that the ok grip works fairly well.
2. Rather than use a ^ made by the index and middle finger I use a ^ made between the middle and ring finger. This gives me a bigger vice that I can then use my thighs to squeeze together. So far it works pretty well.
3. Tried using the < and > grip, but gave it up after one or two tries. Was no able to get a firm squeeze.

Oh my God! Don’t be so quick to wish away your curves. My partner is the first curvy man I’ve been with (upward curve slightly to one side,) and it’s that shape that makes sex with him best I’ve had, utterly divine. Missionary is reimagined beyond anything I thought it could be. Very long multiple dreamy orgasms in missionary. I beg him to put me on my back. Doggy also amazing.

I have an upward curvature. It's about 30 degrees. You can see images in my album.
Would it cause pain or discomfort for my girlfriend, or maybe some other problems durign intercourse? I'm very concerned about that.

Why are you lying to this man? He came for advice to fix it, not a self-esteem boost, lol.

It took me a while to find -- not sure why it's a sub-forum of erectile dysfunction -- but this is a really useful thread.

I would have been interested to know which of the individuals on the above list suffered from Peyronie's and which had a congenital curve. Is there any way to find out?
