I am new to this as I have only been doing exercises for 4 weeks now. What I have noticed is that when doing a full begginers workout, you burn a lot of time. I have not been doing any warm up to save time. I just go right into stretching and then wet jelquing. How important is the warm up? I have already injured myself a few times but i believe that is from squeezing too hard. I get bruising sometimes but is that because i have not warmed up or is that because I am using too much pressure? I understand this is a commitment and it takes time but if i could save 10 min here or there by cutting out warming up, i would like to do that. Please give me your input.

Um did you ever pull a muscle from running because you haven't warmed up and then you can't walk for 2 weeks? About the same idea.

I honestly wouldn't feel safe stretching my dick before warming up. To go from a normal flaccid cold-ish state to being stretched to max capacity w\o pain? Doubt it would work without warming up and I'm sure you wouldn't make proper gains. It just doesn't make sense to not warm up. 10 minutes is really nothing.

You have the wrong attitude. If you were going to the gym, and wanted to saved 10 minutes here or there you most certainly would not see the same results as if your were to go with a full hour to blow, not worrying about rushing an exercise because you don't have time. A 3 minute warm up is better than no warmup. You really can't take 10 minutes out of your day to warm up/down for 5 minutes? I find that hard to believe. Go ahead and cut out the warmups, it will just slow your gains and allow you to injure yourself easier.

Being new to PE warmups are very important and should always be used.

Do whatever you want and seems to work for you and your schedule. I am a believer in doing it right or not doing it at all. You don't want to look back in a year or even 5 years and think "what if". its not a good feeling.

Don't bother with a warm up, it is useless. The survey done by the site proves it. And my work outs have felt far better ever since I stopped warming up, now I just start out with light stretches before I get more intense. Warming up and down is a waste of time, time you could be spending doing something more productive (also you should NEVER warm up before working out, any good body builder will tell you this, instead you start out with lower weight, just like starting out with lighter stretches in PE).

^ IMO PE isn't the same as BB, lol.

edit: I mean fuck people have been doing this sh*t for years there's a reason why they tell you to warm up.

A place I call home.
I don't warm up. And I've been doing some exercises for 4 months now. I haven't felt any pains or anything, but I haven't been seeing any real results for about 2 months now.

my penis is condition to take much more intensity, so i just work my way up.

This is one of the constant debates in PE. I don't warm up prior other than some friction rolls I call Fire Starter. It loosens everything up much like a massage. Injuries come from mistakes - too much, too intense, too often, too advanced. Do any one or more of them and you will injure yourself warmed up or not.

The warm up is pivotal for the success of your enterprise. Think of it this way: when you go the a regular gym you don't hit the bench and start lifting weights the second you enter it, you first go through a warm up in order to ready your body for the stress you are about to hit it with. The same goes for your penis.

Good luck,

SR.

like I said in my earlier post, any lifter who knows what they are doing does NOT warm up first (unless you simply mean starting with smaller weight, any other type of "warm up" actually hinders your gains when lifting)...not that lifting is at all similar to PE.

Very well, no need to strike so harshly, I meant my words with goodwill and in a helpful sense, not to hinder anyone's pornography induced paranoia to increase penis size.

Not sure why you took my post as harsh, not intended that way.

To sum this all up.. I would try to warm up within your conditioning period, roughly 3 months. Then decide if your body up can take the intensity without the warm up. I'm sure it will be able to, but take it easy.

Your use of caps lock made it look as if you considered me stupid to the point here I would miss that word. But I now see I forgot to add something: you cannot compare PE to body building
, PE is meant to be like swimming: you seek something that need to be worked to get there, and in order to improve the chances of getting there, a warm up is fundamental, but you are, as always, free to see PE under any light you find more suited.

I don't know if it is like lifting or swimming or running or whatever, so I cannot say for certain if warming up is necessary for sure or not, all I know is that the PEgym survey showed that warming up is not beneficial to PE and in my own experience I found warming up to be at best neutral or even detrimental to my workout.
