i've recently developed hard flaccid and had it for about two weeks now and just want to get rid of it before it becomes worse. just wondering how most members managed to cure their hard flaccid and i thought the easiest way to gather info would be through a poll, lets see what results we get...

Never cured mine. Tried pelvic physio, trigger point therapy, breathing techniques, etc. Have had it since May 2015. But I still have a gf (since February 2015) and a good life. erectukns are good (there are some issues here and there but they are manageable - for example I can't maintain my erection if my gf is really really wet or if she's on her period or something because of the lack of friction and certain positions are better then others).

It's good that you have just accepted it and carry on with your life :) i would like to try and cure mine first before i get to that stage. I believe that everyones injury is slightly different to others and some people a lucky enough to find a way to fix it,

Well, in that case, lets go through each one of your choices:

Supplements --> supplements don't really help heal anything. They may aid in certain processes in the body, but the body heals itself no matter how you hurt yourself. Regardless, I've taken MACA, fenugreek and many more supplements and they seem to help minimally with libido. Cialis and Viagra work the best by far for erection.

Stretching/Yoga/Pilates --> possibility that it can help. Many of tried this and says that it may help, but not proven to consistently help. I tried a lot of stretching, but it didn't work for me

Abstinence --> In my opinion, this is the worst thing you can do for HF. Do not rest for more then a week or else you're just deconditioning your dick. Rest for too long and you'll be orgasming in less then 10 seconds each time you have sex.

Pelvic trigger point therapy --> Seems to have good results. I tried, but it never worked for me

Reverse Kegels --> hypothesized to relax the pelvic floor; definitely helped with my pre-ejactulation that I suffered from resting my dick for 2 months, but didn't make my HF go away.

Water fasting --> Doubt it does anything

It went on its own just left it to do its own thing. Carried on as normal. --> this is probably your best bet. Carry on life normally and have sex no matter what happens. If your problem does not go away, KEEP HAVING SEX.

Continued with PE e.g. strething/jelqing and it went away. --> have not tried this. Too scared but something tells me it could possibly help but I am not suggesting you try it.

Never been cured. Still have it to this day! --> still have it, like many members here. I'm not sure exactly what causes it because no proven treatment has been deemed effective, but its pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

Reverse kegels and hindu squats. Not squats as in multiple sets of multiple reps either.. I just drop down in a hindu squat for a minute or two.. seems to loosen and relax things right up in the pelvic region.

Such a great post mikecares! thanks for all that info,i think i'll start with strectching first and then if needed move on to trigger points. I know people will hate me for saying this but i really want it to get better so i can continue with PE. my goal was to make it bigger and i really dont want that to stop me. if it doesnt go away in months to come i may just try PEing again lightly and see what happens. but its obviously very hard to stretch a penis that isnt soft. i have also noticed that when i massage it a bit it does get temporarily become soft when standing but then shortly goes back to being hard again. so this is another clue in my cure.

All of your describing is normal. When you stand up, it gets hard. When you sit, its gets soft. Do not touch your dick every day to see if the HF goes away. It will likely be there. It will get harder after you ejaculate and then it will lessen a little after that

I've basically tried all the treatments your decried. I abstained for 2 months and it didn't do anything...I suggest not doing this. Your best bet is seeing a pelvic physio and trying trigger point therapy...this didn't do much for me but it may help you.

yh i supposse pelvic trigger points is the way forward, today i decided to break my 3 day abstinence by masturbating and before i felt some tiny twitches/small spasms near the top of my anus so im also guessing that it is definitley something to do with my pelvic floor. do you ever get any spasms or twitches?

I haven't personally...but what you are describing is normal and many people have reported it. See a pelvic physio and proceed. You can look up a lot of pelvic relaxation exercises online and through threads as well.
