JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine

This week makes week 4 for me, I've been getting up at 5 every morning. This week I've switched to afternoon session. 2 on 1 day off mainly without effecting EQ, found after 3 days I was having negative PI. Don't think I have an lenght gains but my EG appers better espically around the gland looks more like 5" now BEG was 5.25 at the start be nice to see a slight increse there. Hopefully by the the end of 90 days there is a gain to report.

-Also how can you heat a cloth? You mean dip it in hot water, or steam it? I'm looking for details.

Man is it just me or does anyone else find jp's description for stretches hella confusing?? I've read it atleast 5 times now and I barely understand what all I'm supposed to be doing..

Otherwise nice post.

1. Ignore the LOT theory and stretch in all directions. :)

2. I recommend using a rice sock or a heating pad, but if you want, you may submerge the cloth in warm enough water before wrapping it around your penis.

I think a rice sock works a hell of a lot better. You dont have to keep reheating it .simply get a big sock fill it with rice zap in the microwave so its hot enough but not so hot that you will fry your winky off. Apply it to your winky for ten mins .DO NOT STICK YOUR DICK IN TO THE SOCK .

I need to post the sum of all my questions so I'm confident I'm getting this right, and i can start without causing any injuries and having set backs.

So the recommended 1st page routine briefly is:

Warm-Up of 8-10 mins of a rice sock placed on the penis
Stretching which includes 3 rounds of alternating helicopter shakes and kegels
Main program consisting 3 SuperSets of Wet Jelqsand V-Jelqs each set of 50 jelqs and 30 V-jelqs
And Warm Down

-Am i getting this right?

-BTW On the "excercise your penis" book i read that it is better to use a cool down instead, and apply cold instead of warmth at the end of the workout. Shouldnt that make more sense?

-Since my penis is curved, should i practice side jelqs instead of regular jelqs to fix the curve as well?

-Also since i'm uncircumsized i read its better to use one hand to hold down foreskin and the other to jelq. Does this mean double the jelqs for me? Like 100 single handed jelqs and 60 v-jelqs?

-How often should i practice these exercises? It says like 5 days. Does it matter if they're consecutive?

Hey so I've been doing the stretching in morning and the jelqs at night. Is that okay as long as I warm up and warm down each time?

I recommend you stick to the routine for as long as you are seeing gains, even after you finish the first 90 days. :)

I think you may have to change the rice after a while but it will be good for some time .I use a long sock about shin length and fill it up and tie a knot in the end .I microwave between 3 and 4 minutes stopping at 2 minutes to mix the rice up a bit.if is to hot when you try and put it on your johnson just wait a little bit

I have been taking my 5 a day asell as l arginene , b complex , omega and 5htp for almost a month now and it has increased my eq alot .by 5 a day I mean the 5gs.ofcourse the pe has helped alot with eq but I believe these supplements play quite a big role in it aswell
.I have found that to get better benefits from green tea you must eat the leaves and not use water thats to hot.i also put 1 gram of ginger powder in with the tea.after a month of this routine and supplements i have the drive and confidence to jelq away to reach my goals .dont waste money buying ginger in capsules or in powder make it yourself .its very easy just get raw ginger blend ig up with a bit of water and dry it in the sun .you can do the same with garlic but deoderised garlic is much better because normal garlic powderwill you make your breath pretty dam harsh .

How come i lost gains?
I started month and a half ago,
and after 3-4 weeks i started to feel my penis growing, i didnt measure but it definatley felt bigger in my hand.
And few days ago ive noticed all gains were gone and im back to the start now.

Is this happend to someone else?

Is taking a hot shower a suitable way to warm up before the exercises? also, would it be recommended to do the exercises while showering?

No, best use a heating pad or a rice sock.

And keeping your testicles warmed for too long is not good. :)

thanks for that, does it matter what state the penis is in when warming up?
