Quick workout done today. I never got the chance to get to the farmer's walk today. The lunges were not as bad as last week.

I would quite enjoy if my knees were finally healed, considering its been 3 weeks since I did the thing that caused it.

Workout done today. Before my little break I was going to do 2 sets of 5 for the barbell workouts, but I thought it best to bump up to seven sets instead to go a little slower and get back into things.

Had to do some errands and looking for a job. I was noticing some slight pain while biking every so often, but it was more of an annoyance than anything else. I would love if this knee thing goes away as I would like to not see my doctor.

I never thought of that option, to be honest. Probably would be a good thing to use.

Small workout done today. Came across plenty of people while walking and it is pretty funny with some of the reactions I get. The lunges were a little slow, but no pain, although there was a little soreness.

Whats your diet like Dontrike?

My diet consists of.

Breakfast - Bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit
Lunch - Egg wrap, peanut butter toast, some cottage cheese, and a piece of fruit
Dinner - Either salad, sandwich, and a piece of fruit or whatever pasta I make for 2-3 days

If I have anything like a snack, which normally happens twice a day, I have a peanut butter & jelly sandwich or another bowl of cereal.

My diet is much better than what it used to be, but it could still be a lot better.

A question I have, based on a bit of concern, I have been feeling my heart beat quite a bit lately, about the last two or three days. Just sitting down ,doing nothing, I can feel it beat pretty heavily. Right now I am thinking all of those eggs I have been eating consistently with all of the cholesterol might be the cause.

Should I be alarmed, cut back/down on the eggs, or am I just being paranoid?

This is the exercising I did today. It was mostly errand type stuff. Probably won't be exercising much the next few days as I was hit by a car today and my left shoulder is definitely in a lot of pain.

it is not the eggs....more likely you could use some more magnesium.....the gel form absorbed through the skin will prevent the potential diarrhea from oral mag

and a separate multi mineral is almost never a bad idea

coq-10 is also essential for heart health, especially if you are on statins(almost always a bad idea!)....

I'll look into all of that. I am not on any statins, whatever those may be.

I drink plenty of water, that is for sure. I usually have a gallon of it a day, on average, and two gallons isn't out of the question some days. My caffeine intake is close to non existent, maybe only a glass or two of soda a week, if that.
