My penis didn’t feel tired or worked at all. Had a plump flaccid when I woke up, no MW. Not enough sleep again. Can’t remember any random boners. My flaccid I think turtled a bit in the morning and turtled very noticeably in the evening before my workout and during. Later it was better. I think that the sudden drop of the temperatures here affected my flaccid, when I pulled down my pants to measure it immediately started turtling. Overall I feel fine, just a bit nervous.

Workout 06 – 02.09.2010
Routine:
Warm up – 6 min with hot wet towel
20 tension stretches (10 sec build up & 10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps) – at 10-25% EL
23 (7, 8, 8) squeezes – at 50-70% EL
Towel raises – 3x10, 6
Edging – 30 min.

Notes:
Again I didn’t sleep much. This morning I had a hard boner, mostly because I had to pee real bad I think, but it’s still some MW. Don’t remember any random woods, very busy today. My flaccid I think was ok most of the time, but turtled quite a bit, especially in the morning, mostly because of the significantly colder weather. My index finger on my right hand hurts so I had little problem with the grip, but the stretches went well I think. Managed to kegel more blood on some of the squeezes, doing them at no more than 70% EL. Feel just a little worked. Did the session pretty late, going straight to bed after it.

Not enough sleep. I’ll gradually fix my schedule to be able to sleep better. My flaccid was ok, a little turtling a few times. Some random semiwood. My penis didn’t feel sore or worked. Stayed up late tonight – poker night. I feel very tired.

Today my EQ seemed very bad. I’m not sure what is the reason, I got 8h of sleep for the first time in awhile, bud I was woken up by the phone, think I could have slept at least 10. I didn’t feel very well overall, don’t know. I wanted to measure, but couldn’t get max erection so I just jacked off. From what I measured I got 2mm less girth and the same length. I’ll try to measure tomorrow, but I think that I’ve reduce the squeezes too much and also the length first then girth layout of my program now isn’t working too well for now. I may give it another week to see what happens.

Tension Stretches

Tension Stretches

In the next cycle I’ll make a few changes, mainly I’ll change the stretching exercise since the side to side stretches don’t seem to work good for me, I’ll be doing tension stretches. I think I've gained some more girth though, the squeezes are great.

I found a video for side to side stretches (which I saw you were usign at one point) here: Side to Side Stretches

I finally found a description of the tension stretch from Big Al:

Grasp your penis firmly behind the head and wrap your other hand around the first hand for support.

Pull forward SLOWLY while leaning back. Once you've achieved the maximum amount of tension that you can tolerate, hold for 10 seconds.

Release tension and start again. Do 10 repetitions of this exercise at first, then work up to 100 maximum per day (most advanced trainees need less than 50). You may want to experiment with different directions of stretching to see which direction would be best for you. Finish of with a good soak in a warm tub.

Tip- When performing the Tension Stretch, do it while sitting. Using the edge of the chair as a background reference point, really try to pull enough so that you can see a noticeable stretch taking place.

Hey blink,
About the tension stretch, I think this description is pretty much thorough. I could add only that while you're pulling the penis with one hand you can apply some pressure on the ligs with the other, but very lightly at first, this can increase the intensity.
The S2S video is good, there's the same video on meCoach (and one more I think). But this stretch AFAIK is usually performed faster and you can just go left-right without bringing it forward as this guy does.

I don't mind sharing my routine, actually I'm pretty happy that you're so interested :) If you have any questions or something is still not very clear I'll be happy to explain.
And again - congrats on becoming a mod! You've already done a great deal of contribution for the PE community! We're all lucky that there are guys like you to share so much knowledge.

Notes:
The phone woke me up again.. at least I got 8h of sleep. After waking up I stayed in bed for 20 minutes and I got a MW. I measured again before the session – no change in length and about 1mm less girth. So I’m switching back to do my girth before my length. I think the intensity isn’t enough. The session felt good. The edging was very good, I got very excited reading some story. The stretches feel better after squeezing. My penis feels good after the session, a bit worked. EQ seems better, but I think I have to start getting better rest for this and for my general health.

So I'm getting a bit frustrated with my gains right now. This is a temporary feeling but I'm a bit pissed off seeing how slow my gains are and this is topped by the fact that I saw no gains from my 2 week experiment.
But now I'm realizing that I've been pulling and squeezing my dick for some time now and I'm already fuckin' advanced at this and my unit will need more intensity. I know some people have made some incredible gains going very lightly at it, but as I'm trying to go lightly I get no gains.
So my plan now is to increase some more the intensity and reps, watching my PIs while doing so, till I start getting decent gains. From what I've seen in other people's logs that have been PEing for about the time I have, they are doing a lot more intense routines than me. And that's probably all the people I've seen here that get good gains. So it's time to change the strategy a bit and start upping my routine to gains.
Fuck I'm pissed off right now! [well I've been like this all day :p]

I haven't measured BPFSL recently, it's a bit tricky to get it accurate for me. But the last time I did ruler stretches (stretching as far as I can with a ruler next to my unit) I measured to 16.8 cm, that was a month ago.
As for flaccid gains, I don't track them in a log, because it fluctuates too much, but it used to be about 8cm (NBPFL) when I was in my previous cycle and now it's about the same, probably 2-3 mm more, but it's hard to tell because of the fluctuations.
This week I'll do Ruler stretches, probably Thursday and I'll see the difference from the last time I did them.
Right now I feel positive that I'll start getting some gains with gradual increase of the intensity. Last cycle I saw some small gains every couple of weeks (1-1.5mm), but sometimes like now there might be no gains in such a short time. And of course I did some experimenting with my routine last couple of weeks, which obviously didn't yield good results ;p

Slept 5h – had to get up early, lots of work today, got home very late. Now MW, some semi woods during the day, flaccid was good most of the time. Tried a different warm up method – dipping my penis in a glass full of hot water and pressing it against my pubic area – this seems to make me a lot hotter for the session, but it’s a bit tricky not to burn myself a little. My penis feels a bit worked after the session, which is good. It seems I’m getting way harder from reading stories than from watching porn. EQ seemed ok overall.

Didn’t notice MW, had a plump flaccid in the morning, just a little turtling when rushing for work and very little while in the gym though my training was pretty intense. Had some semis and I remember one hard random boner. I’ll start making some erection tea soon.

Slept 6h, had some stuff to take care in the evening. Had MW and random boners, flaccid was good. I started drinking erection tea – one cup last night, one this morning, one before the session and I’ll drink some before bed, it seems that it works pretty well. I tried a more straight out angle on the TS on the last 5 reps (I usually did them out and down), I felt intense stretch, good, I’ll probably stick with this angle for awhile. Edged some more and I blew a huge load. I got a bit distracted during the towel raises and lost my wood.

Hey bro,
I don't think towel raises work my PC more, but it seems they help more with my EQ, probably because I'm doing just a little and increasing slowly.
Life's OK I think, lots of work and I have an exam tomorrow. I've been very busy too. Nothing too interesting though.

I know what you mean. With BPFSL I probably don't get my absolute maximum measurement, but I think I do within about .25". WHen I do check I just do it after a workout when things are loosened up & stretched out--I just give it a pull & measure it quickly. If I do a quick check a few days in a row, then I think I get a somewhat accurate number.

Slept for 6.5h. I feel stressed today, have an exam tomorrow and I haven’t studied, too busy with job and I feel kinda stressed these days. Can’t remember any MW, had some randoms and some semis. Flaccid seemed good. I cup of tea in the morning, and one in the evening before dinner, I couldn’t filter the dust-like ginger and I think it (or something else in the tea) makes me fart pretty bad ;p, next time I’ll make it better.

EQ isn’t good today, but I don’t think it’s overtraining, it seems like the lack of sleep and the stress have got me. Gotta sleep more and find better ways to relax.
