Also since I started doing tension stretches I started getting such small dots/spots on the glans when my grip is far from perfect, i.e. squeezing too hard nearly at the glans, while there is some trapped blood. Nothing too worrying here either, I just have to be more careful how I grip when I stretch.
Sometimes the spots are no more then very small, barely noticeable red dots. They appear from some small blood vessels getting popped probably from the pressure that builds when I squeeze harder. A good way to heal a bit faster is to apply heat and massage lightly, also I think some edging may help as it promotes better blood flow imo.
Yea I noticed the same thing if I hang with too good of a head swell! But because I'm a dumbass I just keep going!
But I do agree with you about the edging, edging does promote the better blood flow and is only beneficial in these cases! :)

I’m pretty tired today, but I feel good. My whole body is in pain from overtraining but my penis feels good. Today my flaccid was nice and full most of the time, just a little turtling in the morning. During the day I got a few boners, I was feeling horny and I just barely touched my unit and it grew. I did my kegels today - 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec. I feel like rubbing one out later, but I may pass cause I’m pretty tired.

I'm doing 20 quick, then 1x30sec, 1x60, etc.. It's pretty light right now, the intention is to work it up over time.
Good approach.
Work up slowly.

There is no sense in rushing into it so I try to keep it light and slow on the way up, but this isn't the easiest thing to do, knowing myself.

Rest day again. I slept a lot today, did nothing PE related. Tonight I was at a party and I got home at 7.40AM. I felt kinda horny so I rubbed one out, like a light edging session. I measured while doing this and I think I’ve gained a little, but nothing official till the end of next week.

Hi danner,
I usually edge after my session 3 times a week, this was a bit extra, but it was a good time to measure as it was my second day off. My measurements are usually done after just a little edging before I get pumped with blood to the max butt I also measure at that point too to have a more accurate idea where I'm at. I'll do a more 'official' measurement next week but I hope to see about 2-3mm increase in length and 1-2mm in girth for the 2 weeks after my rest.

Routine:
13 min warm up with fowfer
A little massaging to get semi erect, then 6 min warm up with hot soaked towel
16 (2x8) squeezes (5 sec holds) – at 50-75% EL
15 tension stretches (10 sec holds) (some helis and massaging between reps)
Edging – 30 min
Kegels – 20 quick, 30 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec, 120 sec, 40 sec reverse.
Shower.

Notes:
So I got home at 7.40AM from a party, went to bed at ~9.30 and got up at ~3PM. And I did a heavy leg training. Feeling a bit tired. I’m increasing the stretches with only 1 rep now and will increase with no more than 1 rep in the near future, because they started to feel more intense and my penis started to feel more worked after my last session. Overall feeling pretty horny these days and I did an extra couple of light edging sessions during my off days.
The session felt good. I forgot to do the JAIs again. This time I got a couple of tiny dark dots on my glans from the stretches, nothing to worry about. The grip on the stretches with my left hand isn’t as good as with my right but it’s improving. I’m overusing the porn lately… this stops now! No more porn this week.
Update: Later after the session the dark dots on the glans turned into bigger black spots, but not too big, and they faded a little bit after the hot shower. My penis feels worked, but not too tired.

Today my penis was a bit odd. I turtled a little in the morning, then during the day I was between 20% and 60% all the time. I had a boner a few times when I touched it a bit and a couple without touching it. The dark dots are fading. I’m kinda tired because I was up late watching poker, I think I’m getting addicted, but better poker than porn lol.

My flaccid wasn’t at its best today, but was ok, again just a little turtling. I was out after work so I had to do my session pretty late and I need some sleep. The dark dots on my glans were almost gone. After the session I noticed a couple of tiny red dots on my shaft from the squeezes and some reddish and darkish spots on my glans. I think the stretches are getting pretty intense so I may slow down on them, but this may be just in my head, I’ll try to watch carefully my PIs and decide if I should back off a little or go slower. Edging was good – I nearly lost control at ~15min but I kegeled real hard and kept my load till the end (then I blew it as usual). I fucking hate how I can’t stop watching porn during edging, I’m usually very good at self control but now I just don’t bother after I broke up with my gf I just don’t give too much of a fuck about this, and I realize this is not good for me, I must get my head straight real soon and stop this sh*t. At least I hope to see some gains soon, other than the porn and not enough sleep, things are going good, I don’t expect big gains though, a mm or 2 would be good.

Today I had some wood in the morning, mostly because I had to pee. I turtled in the morning but again my flaccid was ok during the day. Overall I feel fine, nothing special to report.

Lately I've been wondering how can I maximize my length gains, because they don't seem to be going too good. What would be a better approach - to pull the sh*t out of my penis and constantly trying to increase the force of the pull and go with max force as I can, or to pull just hard enough to feel a nice pull and keep the intensity around there. I have the strange feeling the second approach would be better, but I'm currently going with the first. I'll probably have to do some experimenting. If anyone has any thoughts on maximizing length gains and what is the best way to stretch, feel free to drop them. I've read some opinions and theories and observations in different threads here, I'll do some research. Meanwhile any advice is welcome.

12 min fowfer

Notes:
My flaccid isn’t very nice last few days imo – it seems a bit shorter, less full, also I notice a little turtling in the morning and after my last stretching sessions so I think I’ve been overdoing the stretches little. From now I’ll maintain a bit lower intensity on the stretches – just enough to feel a nice pull, but not too hard, and I’ll increase only the reps and not the intensity. Also I’ll start doing the tension stretches more carefully by building up to the desired intensity slower. Penis feels better after this workout. I believe this approach will give me gains. No porn today, instead I read some erotic stories.

Today my flaccid was fine. I felt a bit shitty because I got drunk last night and because of my ex.. Anyways. Today is a measurement day – so I masturbated some and while I was at about fully erect I measured 15.7cm BPEL and 12.3-4cm MEG, and while edging I measured BPEL of over 15.8cm and MEG of almost 12.5cm. So my official measurements are BPEL 6.18” and MEG 4.85”, this is 2mm increase in EL and 1mm increase in MEG for the last two weeks. I’m happy with that and I’m optimistic that in the next two weeks I’ll get at least the same amount of gains. I’ll officially update my sig after the 6 week cycle. I should note that I used some erotic pics and clips for the edging but later switched to stories, I should stick to the stories for now, edging was for about 30 minutes and I measured 5 times to be sure.
