Hey getinbig. I just joined pegym after seeing your success story and was hoping you could quickly give me an quick overview for what worked for you. I am completely new to PE and have stats that are very similar to you at the beginning. My BPEL is around 5.5inch but my eg is 4.6inch. I would ideally like the bpel to go to 7 inch. I've had a look at the 90day beginner routine and going to start tomorrow.
I was just gonna ask you if you had any specifics on top of the guide? Is it essential to warm up because I live with parents so it's a little difficult getting a rice sock or warm towel. Is it ok to do it in bed lying down or is standing better? How long should I do the jelqing sessions for?

About warming up...I did that faithfully but I have friends here in the gym who never warmed up and had good results. I stopped warming up after a few months. I personally don't think it's essential to warm up.
As far as giving you a short summary of my routines, I would really recommend you read slowly through my progress log. I include a lot of detail and personal observations as I progressed in my PE work. I think the JP90 was very helpful in getting started. I also would recommend reading my description of my UJs, Ultimate Jelqs. They were very effective and probably helped me with my quick newbie gains which were very impressive.
PE definitely works. You have already noticed that I started about where you are. I've been doing PE for almost 7 years now and now have 7 inches BPEL. The nicest thing from my wife's standpoint might be the siginificant girth I now have...probably 5.75 inches erect girth. She loves the girth. I also have a nice upward curve that may help me hit her G spot and with my increase in length, she is able to orgasm pretty nicely.
PE has really helped me achieve nice gains...an answer to prayers too...
Be consistent, read a lot...you can probably gain a lot of knowledge reading slowly through my log. Don't overdue anything and stay with manual work until you finish the JP90. I got into clamping which is advanced, sounds scary and strange, but very safe if you read, learn and take it slow in the beginning. Clamping is probably the best form of PE for girth in my opinion. Clamping is fun...but also can be addictive, so be careful. I wish you well on your PE journey...remember it is a marathon and not a sprint.
