Clamped Jelqing
Nice 18 minute clamp. 16 minutes at max pressure with lots of edging throughout
I started to do clamped jelqs with this session. I did 200 jelqs at max pressure, doing about 10 at a time throughout my last 10 minutes. Impressive engorgement. I was careful to not overdo this as it was something new. I've done clamp bends and lots of squeezes over the years, but never tried jelqing until this session.
Finished nice and replaced comfort sleeve with two girth bands that are still in place.

Ordered a DP4000 and a few cylinders to start
Decided to plunge into pumping
Chris at CTC was very helpful. I'm looking forward to doing some consistent and serious pumping starting sometime next week.
I hope the DP4000 is helpful in getting me to 6 inches of girth. We'll see, hopefully soon.

Hello getingbig, newbie here. Just wondering as a new person to PEGYM where should I start? I’m not going to lie I’m a bit skeptic about increasing penis size through exercise/Extenders. Do you mind telling me what was the starting length/girth to what it is now? And what should I start of with first extenders or exercise

Thought I should ask you as you been consistent with it

Look at the bottom of each of my posts...my signature shows where I started and where I am now.
I think it's best to stick with manual work for the first three months so you get conditioned. PE definitely works. I was a total skeptic and I am amazed at my gains. They also came in the first few years. You may have newbie gains like I did. It depends on how you respond and how consistent and careful you are doing a regular routine. I would really recommend you do what I did. You can track my work in this lengthy progress log. It is very detailed and has a lot of good tips that I learned by reading all I could that other members had posted in their progress logs. You should search for rbi99 and read about his Ultimate Jelqs. Once I read about them, I only did UJs or Ultimate Jelqs. You should find where I describe how I was doing them...it would be someplace early in my progress log because I only did the JP90 for 90 days. Don't be lazy. Read all you can here on the forums and you will be better prepared as you begin your PE journey. Remember it's a marathon and not a sprint. I hope this helps and wish you well.

Nice morning Clamp
18 minutes clamped before pumping with my Bathmate Hydro7
three six minute pumps with additional pump at 4 minutes
Nice session but looking forward to my DP4000 from CTC. I'm going to start a new Pumping Log for my DP4000 work.

20 minute morning clamp.
18 minutes with max engorgement.
Nice color and veins. Continuous edging with no cumming.
50 jelqs while clamped.
Out of the clamp and into my Bathmate
6, 8, and 9 minute pumps with additional pump at 4 minutes. Nice session.
Waiting for my DP4000 so I can begin air pumping

Nice 16 minute clamp this morning with continuous edging and no cumming.
I did this clamp after a great 38 minute pump using my new DP 4000 from CTC.
Good color and nice veins.
Pumping may become my focus for a while. I've always wanted to pump, but was never impressed with bathmate's safety or results.
The DP 4000 feels great and should be extremely safe. I can pump for long periods of time at low pressure. Because of the way it cycles on and off, the penis is getting fresh blood throughout the session. Definitely the control and safety I wanted to achieve.
So pumping will become my focus, but I'm going to continue clamping several times a week at least.

Clamping Fun!
Decided to hold off pumping for a few days. I'm going to do some fun clamping for the next few days.
Just did a great 30 minutes of clamping. Actually this was two 15 minute clamps back to back with a minute or so break in between.
Great expansion. Veins impressive. Continuous edging with no cumming.
Girth band still on after about an hour. Nice session. Besides being great for girth, Clamping is fun!

Girth Clamp!
Another nice 15 minute clamp with great expansion. Impressive veins.
Very intense with continuous edging. Worked on stamina with continuous thrusts for the last 5 minutes.
May go for more stamina work while clamped throughout the weekend. Then it will be back to my DP 4000 to really get underway with my pumping work.

Hey Greg! I think thrusting while clamped is a great stamina training exercise. I basically thrust through a pretty tight ok grip. If you want to ramp up the stamina training, watch those thrusts in the mirror. It's nice seeing the thickness of your shaft going through your hand. I also do rapid thrusts, 13-15 each 10 seconds. Try doing that for 3-4 minutes at high erection level (rock hard) and you will improve your stamina. You just have to be careful not to go over the edge. I do reverse kegels sometimes with each thrust to help me last longer. When I have to, I just slow down.
I'm doing a lot of clamping this weekend, but plan to get into pumping with my DP 4000 again next week.

Clamping Jamboree!
I've been doing a lot of clamping the last few days.
Morning clamp was a fun 15 minute clamp with continuous edging. Lots of thrusts for stamina work mixed in with manual squeezes.
Great expansion, rock hard and nice veins.
More later today.

Hey Greg. Thinking about your question, I just did a nice third 16 minute clamp focusing on thrusting and stamina work. I did my normal edging for the first six minutes and then switched into stamina mode. I basically did 10 minutes of thrusting with only three very short breaks. With each thrust I did a reverse kegel. I did many very short thrusts, pushing my base into my grip and then would do long slow thrusts, again doing reverse kegels with each thrust. Once you can do stamina sessions like this, you can step it up by watching in a mirror as your shaft moves through your hand. I can't do that for very long, but I add it to help with stamina training. Let me know if you have any questions. I hope this helps.

Hey! Thanks for stopping by. My progress log still motivates me. I often find myself searching through it to find something I did way back when that worked well...
At any rate, a few thoughts about jelqing. It's tough for probably most of us to stay erect...and you don't really want to jelq fully erect. I found a semi was best for me to perform the Ultimate Jelqs described by rbi99. I only do UJs when I'm jelqing. There's a great description of that in the early part of my log when I was doing the JP90 to condition myself for more advanced work. To be honest, I would often do about 30 UJs and then have to slap my cock against my thigh or my belly to get back to a good semi. Then 30 more UJs and repeat. My lube also helped keep me stimulated, but there is a fine line between doing that and going over the edge (PONR). I now do a lot of clamping and will readjust the clamp to help keep my shaft engorged. The same lube helps to keep me stimulated through long clamping sessions...but without cumming. That is saved for my wife...and helps keep me horny and hard. I wish you well on your roadto18cm!

With less than a semi, it's difficult to jelq and you will be targeting length rather than girth. Have you tried flipping your cock back and forth from one hand to the other...or slapping it against your thigh? That usually helps get things going. Maybe try doing some stretches. Lube is important to because it heightens your sensations and should help get you aroused.
