Really liking this clamping! Thanks for your continued motivation getinbig! I have now worked up to 20 min clamp. Do you think I should do two 15 min clamps (on morning, one afternoon/evening)? Or should I continue working up my time on one clamp session per day??

Hey getinbig. I just joined pegym after seeing your success story and was hoping you could quickly give me an quick overview for what worked for you. I am completely new to PE and have stats that are very similar to you at the beginning. My BPEL is around 5.5inch but my eg is 4.6inch. I would ideally like the bpel to go to 7 inch. I've had a look at the 90day beginner routine and going to start tomorrow.

I was just gonna ask you if you had any specifics on top of the guide? Is it essential to warm up because I live with parents so it's a little difficult getting a rice sock or warm towel. Is it ok to do it in bed lying down or is standing better? How long should I do the jelqing sessions for?

Apologies for the long message but any guidelines would be greatly appreciated.

Clamping rocks! I would probably try to do two 15 minute clamps. My problem is taking the clamp off after 15 minutes...when I just want to stay clamped!
It's good to do longer clamps, but 15 minute clamps a few times a day are probably the most fun and should definitely get you some nice girth! :cool:

First, welcome to the Gym!
About warming up...I did that faithfully but I have friends here in the gym who never warmed up and had good results. I stopped warming up after a few months. I personally don't think it's essential to warm up.
As far as giving you a short summary of my routines, I would really recommend you read slowly through my progress log. I include a lot of detail and personal observations as I progressed in my PE work. I think the JP90 was very helpful in getting started. I also would recommend reading my description of my UJs, Ultimate Jelqs. They were very effective and probably helped me with my quick newbie gains which were very impressive.
PE definitely works. You have already noticed that I started about where you are. I've been doing PE for almost 7 years now and now have 7 inches BPEL. The nicest thing from my wife's standpoint might be the siginificant girth I now have...probably 5.75 inches erect girth. She loves the girth. I also have a nice upward curve that may help me hit her G spot and with my increase in length, she is able to orgasm pretty nicely.
PE has really helped me achieve nice gains...an answer to prayers too...
Be consistent, read a lot...you can probably gain a lot of knowledge reading slowly through my log. Don't overdue anything and stay with manual work until you finish the JP90. I got into clamping which is advanced, sounds scary and strange, but very safe if you read, learn and take it slow in the beginning. Clamping is probably the best form of PE for girth in my opinion. Clamping is fun...but also can be addictive, so be careful. I wish you well on your PE journey...remember it is a marathon and not a sprint.

So today was a true rest day...I've been doing lots of clamping and needed a rest.
Yesterday, I did a second 15 minute afternoon clamp with pretty good expansion, but it was obvious I needed a break
Total time clamped yesterday was only 30 minutes...
Rested today...might rest tomorrow as well...Morning wood might change that...

15 minute clamp with nice expansion followed by a short break
20 minute clamp with great expansion, thick and veiny
Nice finish
Total time clamped 50 minutes

PE works for Girth and Length gains
Max intensity Clamp for 20 minutes
Deep color, thick veiny
Continuous edging with no cumming
Very intense clamp with max engorgement that required backing off a click several times...
BPEL measured this morning a little over 7 inches MSEG 5.75 inches

Injury...no, Bruising...yes!
My last clamp was definitely intense, perhaps too tense.
Expansion was definitely maxed out. Color was dark, veins were very prominent.
Engorgement was almost painful and I had to back off a click on my clamp several times.
Nevertheless, it felt great...so did the continuous edging, almost going over the edge several times, but no cumming!
So thick and heavy at the end...now several hours later, there is a little diffuse bruising/slight purplish color to my shaft...
Feels like time for another clamp, but that will wait until tomorrow...resting the rest of the day...
Intense, but a great clamping session...

Nice 15 minute clamp
Deep color with great expansion
Finished nice and thick again...
Total time clamped today 35 minutes

I seen your response to another user about clamping in another thread. Its impressive you took your girth to an inch. Im at exactly the same girth as your starting point and would love to figure out a good way to start clamping as i have a cable clamp just lying around. I've had a bathmate for a few weeks and seeing gains. Haven't had much time to look through and see where you made the most progress on girth and what got you there.

I love this log!

How often do you take rest days? Is morning wood (or lack of) the indicator of rest for clamping? Or just soreness/fatigue?

Afternoon clamp 10 minutes
very intense and well engorged deep purple, so ended after 10 minutes
Five minute clamp after short rest
Total time clamped around 20 minutes

I've had a bathmate for a few weeks and seeing gains. Haven't had much time to look through and see where you made the most progress on girth and what got you there.

I've probably gained a bit from my JP90 work as a newbie...I focused on rbi99's Ultimate Jelq technique...modified it a bit throwing in a kegel with each jelq. I describe that someplace in the early part of my journal...
Clamping is what's really become my favorite form of PE for girth. I think it can be very effective but it can also be addictive...I've been there off an on...
It's just a lot of fun and there's kind of a rush with the clamp on and max expansion. I copied Hydeaway 85's no cumming approach. I think that helps.
When I'm clamping I try to do a couple of 15 minutes sessions a day...the problem is stopping...you just don't want to take that clamp off...and 15 minutes turns into 20 then 30 minutes or more.
Right now I'm trying to get back to a less intense clamping routine...maybe clamping a few days a week.
I really enjoyed the Bathmate...but didn't do it long enough to really see permanent gains. If I hadn't got a blood blister, I would probably still be pumping. I think about pumping again off and on.

When it seems like I need a rest. You just either get sore...or you've had enough clamping. Usually it's being a bit sore.
Morning wood is like a major drive to get that clamp on...the lack of morning wood is probably a reason to rest. My clamping gets pretty intense and I'm surprised I still have nice morning wood as often as I do
Glad you like my progress log. I often will go back and review it to remind myself of certain techniques and routines.

Rock hard with continuous edging and no cumming
Finished thick and heavy with girth band on for an hour

Return to Pumping
I've decided to begin pumping again next week. I had really enjoyed pumping a few years ago, but got totally bummed out when I got a blood blister on my glans near my meatus.

The week before that happened, I was really making progress and enjoying my pumping. My plan is to start carefully but to gradually build to where I was before my injury.
This is what my best session looked like and it is what I hope to be able to repeat on a regular basis once I'm conditioned to pumping again. This post was over three years ago:

Very nice pumping session today

Started with 3 minutes after one full pump to warm up

Then 6 minutes starting with a full pump to start and then another pump after 4
minutes...

Another
6 minutes starting with a full pump to start and then another pump after 4 minutes...6.5 inches

Next was 7 minutes starting with 2 full pumps followed by additional pumps at 4 and 6 minutes...6.5 inches

Next was 8 minutes starting with 2 full pumps followed by additional pumps at 5 and 7 minutes...6.6 inches

Next was 8 minutes starting with 2 full pumps followed by additional pumps at 5 and 7 minutes...6.7 inches

Finished with a 3 minute warm down pump...

Was thick and heavy with no bruising. Nicest finish so far. Girth was just under 6.25 inches entire shaft except base which was a little over 6.5 inches. A little fluid retention, but it looked so nice and thick...

Did a little edging but was sure I'd cum, so just took a shower...

After the shower, I decide
d to do a little edging since I had such nice EQ and was really thick...

I started to feel like I was getting some precum...but it started "cumming" thicker than usual...and a light grayish color...I like precum so this was an unexpected treat...


​Once it started it kept "cumming" but it wasn't an orgasm...I kept milking the precum out...lots of it...after all of this, I was still hard and decided to go for a release since my wife was away...and over the edge I went...
This time it was
thick and white...definitely different from all the precum...if that's what it was...

I will definitely see if I can repeat this sometime in the future....


Really the best pumping session so far. Total time in the pump was 41 minutes

So this is how I will begin pumping again...
I want to keep a log of my progress as I get back into pumping. That's one of the valuable things about keeping a log...you can see where you've been and add to your routine based on how you are doing.

I plan a gentle reentry into pumping. Starting with a 3 minute warmup pump at gentle pressure and then three 5 minute pumps each at gentle pressure. I'll be using a comfort sleeve from LG Hanger as a ball extender to keep my balls from being sucked into the tube. I may use a protector cap to prevent blisters. I've done that in the past.
I'm very concerned about being more susceptible to a recurrent blister on my glans.

After a week of gentle pumping like this, I plan to start with a 4 minute bathmate warmup pump...with almost a full pump.
After a short break, I plan to do another pump lasting 6 minutes. This will begin with almost a full pump followed by a second more gentle pump after 3 minutes.
Then after a short break, a third pump lasting 6 minutes.

This will begin with almost a full pump followed by a second more gentle pump after 3 minutes.
My fourth and last pump will last for maybe 7 minutes. It will begin with almost a full pump and and additional gentle pumps at 3 and 5 minutes if I go for 7 minutes.
Hopefully this will go well.

First day pumping!
Nice session using LG silicone band as balls extender
I did a 3 minute warmup in my Bathmate Hydromax 7
Then rested a minute or two followed by four, five and six minute pumps
Each pump began with a full pump followed by a pump or two during each pump session
I plan to do a four minute warmup tomorrow followed by a five minute pump and then two six minute pumps.
Finished nice today with no discoloration
