Phallosan Week 2 Day 2 and all is going well.

I've worn my Phallosan for 11.5 hours today. Nice stretch going on right now in upper green.
Definitely enjoying PF and can sense this is working nicely...

More to post later.

BPEL now 6.75 (at least!)

Clamping session this morning was great.

I did two 15 minute clamps with very nice EQ that continued to build through the two clamp sets. Five minutes of edging at front, in between and after last clamp set.

At one point were EQ was on decline, I decided to measure because even at that point, I seemed to be bigger than when I got back into PE about a month ago...

Nice surprise!!! BPEL 6.75

Phallosan Week 2 Day 3 began really well...

14 hours continuous wear since midnight...except for pee breaks...no issues.
Today was a rest day from clamping, so my PF stayed on...

Right now finishing 18 hours with good suction and tension in upper green

Non scheduled rest day, so no clamping to report today.

Phallosan wear continues. I followed Jockinthebox's suggestion and put the foam donut around my foot and wore it that way last night. It is so much easier and provides a much improved stretch over what I have been doing. Because I started late I was only able to log 5.5 hours like this. Then I went to regular wear for another 1.5 hours. Right now I'm at 7 hours for the day.

Really impressed with Jock's suggestion. I plan to try to wear my PF like that for about 6-8 hours each night. I think it gives a very substantial stretch. I really thought moving would be an issue, but I guess I don't move that much. I had no issue with maintaining tension and even woke with really impressive morning wood with the PF on!

phallosan Week 2 Day 5 is underway...

Wore my PF using my new foot loop for 5 hours last night. The stretch is much more impressive with this new setup. Thanks to Jockinthebox for coming up with it and sharing his technique.

Noticed impressive morning wood today as well...perhaps another PF benefit.

Clamping session today went really well.

15 Minute continuous clamp with edging, sliding ULIs and other squeezes followed by edging with clamp off. Then a second 15 continuous clamp with some double clamping as well. Tremendous EQ!

Finished thick with a nice hang...

Phallosan Week 2 Day 6 got off to a good start with 8 continuous hours of wear during sleep using the Jockinthebox technique! Much better stretch and no issues except for a little skin irritation on the sides of my shaft.

A few thoughts about the two different approaches. With the traditional PF approach using the belt around my hips, I seem to get a fair stretch, but really have a sense that this is better for girth than using my foot loop at night. With that approach, I clearly have a sense of stretch and think that will play into length gains. Using the two techniques, I'm hoping to maximize my length and girth gains...looking for 7x6 over the next 6-12 months.

I plan to shoot for 10-12 hours a day and will rest one day a week to hopefully encourage growth.

Getinbig day - today is a true rest day, and hopefully a growing day:)

No clamping or PF today. I will pick up again with PF tonight after midnight. I feel that the Jockinthebox modification to using PF at night is going to help maximize any results I might get. Looking to stretch for about 8 hours tonight followed by a few clamping sets in the morning.

Monday clamping session
