phallosan Week 3 Day 3 - 8 hours nighttime wear so far today.

Crossed the 200 hour mark...now at 207 hours. Will hopefully get some wear time in today, but nighttime wear is going well. An impressive stretch throughout which feels like it's going to more effective. My wife says its working and remarked how it feel thicker to her...that's the goal...

phallosan Week 3 Day 4 - 3.5 hours so far...late to bed and off to a slow start today...

This is supposed to be a
clamping morning...but I'm going to rest from clamping today and pick it up again tomorrow.

Enjoying my clamping work, but I've decided to add pumping into my routine next week. I'll be buying a Bathmate x30 and think that will really help achieve the goals I'm after. Pumping seems to work well with PF, so we will check that out. Still hoping to get to 7x6 sometime next year...

Wonderful time with my wife last night:becky: and decided to hold off on PF during the night...

Did strap it back on after breakfast...for 6 hours...maybe more to come this evening...

PF work mainly at night using foot loop. Great tension and good stretch maintained throughout night. No problems with nighttime wear. Checking tension after each pee break.
Averaging 9-10 hours per day…
Daily wear Sept 9 8hours, Sept 10 10hours, Sept 11 7.5hours, Sept 12 10hours, Sept 13, 10hours
Total last five days 45.5hours
Looking forward to beginning Bathmate on Thursday. Hoping that will complement my PF work.

Awesome progress on the Phallosan Getinbig!!! I am at 623 hrs since I started using the Phallosan app to track my hours. It has taken me 5 months to accrue that, but I had to reduce my wear-time to 5 hrs x 5 days/week--it is frustrating that I still have problems with glans irritation/tenderness, but I am NOT giving up. In fact, I am exploring different options to increase my wear time; I realized that I like to feel the tension and have never really taken the tension lower than mid-green since re-starting PF. I am experimenting with the effects of lower tension longer. Yesterday I logged 7 hours at low to mid green tension; my glans was tender to touch and a little red after, but this went away after a good night's rest.:)

I think you will love adding the BM to your routine! You are conditioned enough you will probably be able to jump right into it and enjoy some good pumps (of course, be cautious with pumping.....dealing with precious goods;)). The BM takes a little practice, but it does come with good instructions and there are some really good youtube video demonstrations.

Hey Greg! Thanks for stopping by and for your encouraging words.

It's a bummer that you still are having some glans issues, but it's better to go slow than be sorry...slow and steady wins the race. That may be true with low tension over long periods of time rather than high tension over shorter sets...at least some of the PF posts would indicate this to be true.

I've decided to go back to the horizontal or traditional way of wearing PF at night. I think I will sleep better. Although Jock's foot loop definitely provides better tension, I have had some issues with my foot cramping or feeling weird. I think my wife finds the traditional way of wearing it to be easier for her to take...definitely easier to have her see my stuff gently pulled around my waist than with my foot yanking on that condom sleeve. Last night went well. Late to bed, but got a comfortable 8 hours in...definitely slept better. I can roll on the non-bell side without losing all my suction, though sometimes a little is lost.

Thanks for your BM words of wisdom. I hope the instructions are good. Seems like people use BM in many different ways. I was just going to use what's recommended on the rep site which is increasing time by one minute beginning at 5 minutes today (my first day) up to 20 minutes with a repump after 5, 10, and 15 minutes. Any thoughts about that? Also do they explain how you measure mm Hg? Is it based on .5 inches of increased length is equal to 5 mm Hg. I'm clueless, but looking forward to trying it out and making it a part of my other PE work.

I'll check out the youtube videos on BM as well. Thanks my friend...

Triple Clamping this morning!

So I resumed clamping yesterday after a week break. I did about 18 minutes with good EQ and continuous edging, a few squeezes and no cumming.

This morning I did some double and triple clamping with great expansion and nice EQ. I did two sets with about 5 minutes of edging between with the clamps off.

First set was a continuous 20 minute clamp. Second set was only 15 minutes, but with great EQ and expansion. Definitely thick and pumped after the clamps removed.

Looking forward to trying some Bathmate pumping later today. Any tips and advice would be appreciated.

So I am going to shoot for 10-11 hours of PF wear each day, probably about 8 at night and three during the daytime. At night, I am back to the standard way of wearing my PF. Though I really like Jockinthebox's nighttime "hanging," I find it is bothering my feet. I think his approach definitely gives me a better stretch, but I'm sleeping better wearing it around my waist and don't have issues with my feet feeling weird when I get up.

Liking PF and hoping adding my Bathmate work will help bring on those gains to get me to 7x6 soon.

I think the BM rep's routine is a solid, good approach. The instructions in my X30 differed from the rep's in that it advises to remove the device every 5 minutes to massage/jelq. I am not sure whether the releasing and re-pumping is better or worse for BM results (there seems to be arguments for both). I was a little surprised that the BM rep would advise a different routine than the manufacturers manual.:confused: Did you get a X40?

My BM did not explain how to measure mmHg. I am a little confused about this as well. It seems logical that you go in erect, notice where you are at on the measure, then pump another .5 inch. The problem I have is I am rarely fully erect upon entry and pumping causes and enhances an erection.....so I've actually seen an inch to 1.5 inch difference (and I usually only go to between 5.5-6 inches on the scale when fully compressed). Sorry I couldn't be more help on this...its not critical to the function, but it would be nice to calculate the pressure.

I can help you on BM use tips: trim pubes quite low (or shave), warm up (balls should be loose, so as to not get sucked into or against the BM cylinder. I use it in the shower (not when I am taking a shower), fill the cylinder in the sink with warm water, step in shower, pull down on scotum as I slide the BM into place against (a little water is lost/displaced from the cylinder), check placement and gently pull down on testicles to make sure they are out of way, then compress the gaitor as you focus on keeping the "comfort pad" pressed firmly against pelvis. Then allow the gaitor to recoil out as you feel the pump engage and your cock becoming more engorged. Sometimes you will get air in the cylinder on the 1st pump and you either have to pump the air out and get it to seal....or restart. You will know if its right because you will feel and see the pump at work. It takes a little practice, but feels great! Enjoy!

Ahh...that's too bad that the BM didn't show...Oh well, you have plenty o' other PE options in the meantime.;)

I have tried both routines (though I've only ever worked up to 10 minutes without removing the device...I'm trying to avoid overtraining/injury). What I have been doing the past few weeks: following my time in Phallosan I warm up, do some manual stretching (JP90 style), then go into BM for a 5 minute pump at moderate pressure. I remove it, do some massaging, firegoat rolls and jelq for 5 minutes. I reenter the pump with warmer water & increase pressure (been going to around 6" on the gauge--I'm 5.5" BPEL without pump). I have been timing the second pump for 5-7 minutes and trying to increase the time. Afterwards I jelq some more to get the circulation moving around and exercise the tissue further.

Previously I did 3 X 5 minute intervals. Try both!

Nice log posts ;) You seem to be doing well. Excited for you to start the BM out! I personally tried the BM x40 and I like it every once in a while. But I mainly use my air pump. Good luck to you dude! Can't wait for you to try it out.
