Ahh...that's too bad that the BM didn't show...Oh well, you have plenty o' other PE options in the meantime.

I have tried both routines (though I've only ever worked up to 10 minutes without removing the device...I'm trying to avoid overtraining/injury). What I have been doing the past few weeks: following my time in Phallosan I warm up, do some manual stretching (JP90 style), then go into BM for a 5 minute pump at moderate pressure. I remove it, do some massaging, firegoat rolls and jelq for 5 minutes. I reenter the pump with warmer water & increase pressure (been going to around 6" on the gauge--I'm 5.5" BPEL without pump). I have been timing the second pump for 5-7 minutes and trying to increase the time. Afterwards I jelq some more to get the circulation moving around and exercise the tissue further.
Previously I did 3 X 5 minute intervals. Try both!
