Monday summary

Morning session
60 minutes clamped edging (no cumming) with 25 minutes of stamina training-continuous well-lubed edging with very high clamped erection level
Afternoon session
45 minutes clamped edging (no cumming) with another 25 minutes of great stamina training- continuous and well-lubed edging with very high erection level.

Great day. This is good stuff. Tremendous engorgement, great color. veins all over the place, and my AB Silicone comfort sleeve making it super comfy!

Stamina training session!

Tuesday morning workout

60 minutes clamped edging. 60 minutes non-stop edging while clamped!:common001::common001:

How it felt...

This was an amazing session. Great EQ achieved after lubing up with Palmer's moisturizing gel oil. AB silicone sleeve in place and clamp on. Nice early engorgement with little bumps on surface of glans which quickly got dark red/purplish. Little bumps persisted for first 10 minutes of edging then smoothed out. Engorgement improved with kegels and continuous edging with well-lubed hands.

Stamina is something I'm hoping to achieve from these long sessions of clamped edging. I want to last longer for my wife. When I began clamping, I would continually have to stop and back off to avoid going over the edge. Lately, I have been building up my time of continuous stimulation through edging from 15 to 20 and yesterday two long clamps that each included 25 minutes of continuous stroking.

Today I decided to start right from getting my clamp on and my iPhone timer going. It felt great right away but I maintained good control for the first 25 minutes. Encouraged by this, I kept adding 5 minutes while continuously edging. At about 40 minutes I tried to step up the stimulation level to see if I could maintain better control. I did this by adding thrusting through a palm down ok grip. This was amazing. I could do this thrusting adjusting that ok grip opening so it would mimic what I feel when my wife and I are making love. When it got too
intense I could work only my base shaft and then was able to continue with this new thrusting exercise. :becky:
Bottom line is that I was able to stroke, stimulate, thrust for the entire hour with a very high erection love. I had to back off the clamp from time to time and then retighten to maintain this high erection level.
I am so pumped with my ability to edge for so long in such a stimulating situation...well-lubed which adds so much stimulation, thrusting which really takes it to the next level...and with a great erection.
I tend to walk away from the mirror to decrease the visual stimulation I get from that. Down the road I will see if I can add that on top of everything I else I did this morning.
Wow! PE is great and truly works. I am gaining girth by feel and visually.

Maybe I'll get a second session in today. If not, this one was amazing and I will be ready for a needed rest day tomorrow.

Great sessions today. Finished plump, great color, great hang and feeling a wonderful kind of fatigue.
Tomorrow will be a needed rest day. Glad I was able to get the evening session in.

Wednesday is a rest day! Doing these long sessions, the rest days are needed. I feel good today and the little guy is happy for the rest. Most likely I will hear my clamp and comfort sleeve calling late tonight or early tomorrow morning. But this is a rest day...a time to recover and grow...a time to get "girthy":cool:

Tomorrow is a clamping day!

One of the great things about rest days is the anticipation of what follows...

I'm already looking forward to getting my clamp back on. Hopefully I'll have another long stamina training session...prolonged clamped edging with very high EQ

Clamping today!

Thursday morning session

77 minutes of continuous clamping!

First hour was stamina training with almost continuous thrusting through my ok grip with lots of lube. Tremendous expansion. This felt great and I'm definitely developing stamina...lasting ability!

Clamp stayed on an additional 17 minutes for edging and squeezes. ULIs, sliding ULIs, two handed squeezes, whole hand squeezes, Sliding ULI with palm pressed against my glans.

How it felt...

This was a great session and my personal best in terms of longest continuous clamp
:cool:. I started backed off two clicks, but had tremendous EQ this morning. I had to repeatedly back off to keep from causing any discomfort. At one point I had backed off 6 clicks. Most of my session was backed off 4 clicks. This hopefully is indicative of gains coming.

Lots of veins, good dark color, ribbing along my shaft was very prominent. Also am noticing some significant enlargement of my dorsal vein and another on the left side of my shaft before my glans. This should give my wife some nice sensation...certainly better than a ribbed condom.

I didn't do any bends today, but this was one of the best clamping sessions I've had. I'm amazed at the stamina I am developing which should transfer nicely when having sex with my wife. Today during the edging, I was thrusting most of the time and trying to fantasize hearing my wife cumming to heighten the challenge to maintain control. I think this is the best stamina work I can be doing.

Hopefully I will get an afternoon or evening session in today as well. If not, this morning session was great!

Clamped Edging is great!

Girth Gains!!!;)

I've been noticing my
shaft looks and feels different since I've been doing these long sessions of clamped edging. Measurements have been higher, but I didn't want to post anything that didn't seem consistent.

MSEG is now 5.75!!! BEG is 6.3

I don't know if this will continue, but I am very hopeful that I might make MSEG 6 inches by year end!!! It is also amazing how small increases in girth make a very pronounced visual impact. My shaft is starting to look and feel like a small log

I am amazed at how this stuff works. Getinbig has certainly gotten bigger here at the Gym

If this stuff works for me, it will work for you if you are consistent.

Hey, just a question if you ever tried Ulis. How do you feel they compare to clamping? Do you feel like gains from clamping come by much faster than gains from Ulis. Because I'm currently doing Ulis because I don't think I'm quite advanced enough for clamping quite yet, but I'm interested in trying them eventually.

ULIs were a significant part of my routine after two runs through with the JP90. I studied Looking4More's routine and realized I needed to add ULIs. They were also my way of conditioning for these great long clamped edging sessions I'm currently doing.

To answer your question, I think ULIs are great...but they don't come near what I'm doing now with clamping...and ULIs continue to be part of my clamping routine. Clamping is like ULIs on steroids...and when you actually add squeezes into a clamping routine, girth is going to come!!!

What you're doing is right. Use the ULIs as I did to prepare and condition yourself for the more intense clamping work. Just make sure you are properly conditioned. I built up to holding ULIs for a minute and would do one ULI after every 20 Ultimate wet jelqs. I also would do them in conjunction with KITJs...actually a KITJ is like a modified ULI and is a great girth exercise on its own. Just search KITJ here on the forums. You'll love them! Kickinthemebs came up with that great form of jelqing. I love KITJs:becky:

Thanks for the challenge, Kick! I could have gone for 80 today...I'll have to see how things feel tomorrow...
I edged for a straight hour this morning and then did squeezes for the last 17 minutes. Really engorged...probably about 6.4 mid shaft...maybe more...I'm going to have to measure one of these days...

Friday morning workout

Nice session this morning. 60 minutes in the clamp with continuous edging (no cumming) for almost the entire session.

Had no problem with stamina issues today. I did lots of thrusting and varied the speed of my stroking and thrusting. I also found I could handle the added stimulation of watching in the mirror, especially from the side as I do the thrusting. I'm really happy that I am able to do this so long now without having to stop repeatedly to avoid going over the edge. I am actually able to just enjoy the edging/thrusting for itself...loving this change! My wife will love it as well!

After 60 minutes I thought about adding another 21 minutes to get to 81 minutes (topping Kickinthemebs 80 minute session yesterday)...the thought of going on seemed to get me to a dangerous place with PONR, so I decided to take off the clamp and reconsider a record session for Monday...I just get very horny at the end of these long clamping sessions.

Finished nice and "girthy" with good color and a great thick hang. I may get another session in later today and will post if I do.

Friday afternoon session


60 minutes of continuous clamped edging. Great Stamina session. Tremendous engorgement this session, good color, lots of veins. My shaft was so thick throughout this long clamp. No squeezes, only focused edging, thrusting, changing the speed as well as some visual stimulation from just watching the session in my mirror.

Finished with great color, precum, thick and girthy...

Two rest days this weekend before clamping again on Monday...

Saturday rest disturbed only by a nice 30 minute stretching session. Multidirectional regular and bundled stretches as well as circle stretches.

Sunday was rest day. Looking forward to clamping tomorrow!

80 minute clamp!!!:becky:

Monday morning session

80 Minute continuous clamp with 60 minute of continuous edging (no cumming) followed by 20 minutes of squeezes and erect bends.How it went...
This morning I did my longest continuous clamp so far. I was aiming for a 60 minute session. I was able to edge for the entire 60 minutes as a stamina training session. I was able to do this with lots of visual stimulation watching as I did my thrusting.

I also tried to imaging my wife's enjoyment from this continuous thrusting....hearing her moaning and excitement in my imagination. This really heightens my own stimulation as I do these sessions and is really helping me build my ability to continue edging safely maintaining that desired control in the midst of everything feeling so good.

After my 60 minutes of edging, PIs were great, I was backed off 5 clicks on my clamp, but EQ was great and so was color. Glans would cool from time to time, but by backing off the tension, I could kegel fresh blood in and keep that high level of erection going.

Since all was going well and my EQ was so good, I decided to go longer in the clamp doing some single and two handed squeezes.

I would do several squeezes each minute, holding them from 10-20 seconds. I would do a full hand squeeze on my central shaft and hold that for 20 seconds, then regular ULIs held for 15-20 seconds at different point on my shaft.

I did a few double hand horse squeezes which I held from 15-20 seconds. These all felt great and EQ was strong for the 20 minutes of manual squeezes. I finished with a two handed seesaw squeeze which I did for the last minute. Really a very enjoyable and productive session. Engorgement was terrific with good color, thick veins and some nice precum at the end

Plan for the rest of the day is up in the air. I'm hoping to do a new stretching routine suggested by my friend Kickinthemebs in about six hours. Then hopefully I'll be able to get another good clamp in tonight.
