I haven't started yet. But I will go with the 3 x 20 hanging philosophy. So basically I increase weight by 10% after every 10 workout days :)
Am starting from 1.25kg(2.7Ibs) probably tomorrow.

You really have to keep us posted on your progress and how it's going...and you have to stay committed!

Finishing week 4 tomorrow...

next AP month I'll try to use stamina unit instead of hands while edging..I want to move to the next level..recalibrate my brain.. and my penis too. I'm sure it will make a huge difference

Morning Pump session...

This was my first pump session in quite a while, so I started slowly with a 3 minute warm up pump at low pressure. Then I did three 6 minute pumps at moderate pressure. It felt good and was a nice session.

I'm coming off a two week rest break and trying to figure out what to do for the next few weeks. I may just continue pumping and hold off on any clamping for a bit...but it's hard not to put that clamp back on...we'll see what happens.

I've had the same problem, Lezoteli...hit a few of those but just didn't look. I was on a link that I got from a friend here that had advertising for a porn site on the side...I didn't look...knew what it was...was tempted...but kept it covered...but it was close...and I was sorely tempted...but didn't look...
I've been working hard these past five days, so I'm happy we're still on our AP90...not sure what day yet...:)

haha i know those tempting moments. day 27 I think

Haha, you know that clamp will keep calling on you. But if you've stayed off for 2 weeks, I think you can.

Holy cow, I've been inactive for a while.

I have been doing alright and have been doing PE every now and then but not committed to it as I once was.

Final exams are coming up and I'm stressed to the max.

I have taken up meditation and it seems to help with my focus.

Glad to see you're still at it, getinbig...keep it up!

When we hit those links, we just have to turn away...they are not going to help us in any way except hurt our EQ and bring us down in all the areas we're looking for improved performance. I (we) don't need that!!!

So far so good I'd say. Am starting with a low weight for now, at 1.25kg(2.7Ibs). I just hope it would be able to handle when I get to 10Ibs or so. Find below the link to the picture :)

Very cool Commited! I hope that works for you. One thing for sure is that it gives you an introduction to hanging...you get to literally "feel" what hanging is all about. I really wish I had done that...Keep us posted on how it's going, please!

Haha...that clamp is still calling...I actually bumped into it this morning while getting my leather balls stretcher...but after pumping this morning, I moved my silicone sleeve from my scrotum to the base of my shaft as a girth band, and never thought to put my clamp on...that's surprising...I may continue with pumping and wet jelqs alone for a while...I'm enjoying both..

Yes, Lezoteli, keep up with your stamina work. I'm hoping to see how good my stamina remains with my wife this weekend. If we don't have sex soon, I'm going to have to think about putting a clamp on and releasing at the end of a loooong stamina thrusting session:becky:

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Like I've heard so many other people say, it's my favorite holiday. I'm thankful for my many blessings, one of which was discovering PEGym and many friends here years ago. It has really added to the pleasure I'm able to give my wife...and it's been great for me as well. That was truly an answer to prayer. God is good! So thankful for His many blessings...

Pumping Bare again...left my protector cap off today...

After a few days rest, I had a nice pumping session this morning. It was my first PE work in about a week.
Here's how it went...

A few short "air pumps" with my Bathmate just to remember how pumping feels:)...I was doing this without putting on my PF protector cap, and decided to pump this morning without it. Since my blisters back in February last year, I haven't pumped without using my protector cap until this morning.

3 minute warmup pump at low pressure without my protector cap...
6 minute pump at moderate pressure...
short rest and massage...glans looked fine...
6 minute pump at moderate pressure...
Ultimate Jelqs 100 at about 50% erection level...felt very nice...glans looked fine
10 minute pump at moderate pressure...
finished thick with good color and no bruising...glans held up well...
Did another 25 UJs and then moved silicone band from my scrotum to base of my shaft as a girth band...

This was a nice pumping session. I may pump again tomorrow...

Clamping returns...

I just did two nice clamping sessions. I decided I needed to continue my stamina sessions to maintain that staying power I was getting.

First clamp...15 minutes of edging and squeezes...
I had to be careful since I found I was very excited at just the thought of clamping again... I had 3 DOs in the first few minutes and had to be very careful or I would have gone over the edge...then things settled down just a bit. I can get tremendous expansion by doing kegels as I drive the clamp against my pubic bone...I can only do about 7 kegels...it gets very tense!
Clamp off after 15 minutes. It was a nice return to clamping...great color...very erect...very sensitive to my edging...done with great care...

Waited about 20 minutes... balls stretcher off...comfort sleeve on...clamp on...got erect and tightened clamp...

Second Clamp was 20 minutes...great session
Had two DOs early on and then from about 9 minutes on, I was able to thrust and have a pretty decent 11 minute stamina training session. Finished thick and heavy with lots of precum. Clamp released and comfort sleeve off...

Thinking about doing a third set to see how it goes in the beginning...Clamping rocks! Great for Stamina training...

Great to see you back, getinbig.

I have 2 questions for you:

1. Is it possible to work length and girth at the same time? As you can see in my signature, I dont want a lot more lenght and my routine consists in doing:
side-to-side stretch > bundle stretch > clamping/edging

2. Am I the only one who thinks its better (since I can put the clamp very near the pubic bone) and more intense to do clamping without any protection? I dont use socks, sleeves, etc, and just put the clamp while I am flacid. Then work my erection to 110%. I can handle 15 min this way and I dont feel anything on my skin. Is it safe to clamp this way?
